Although this net revenue decreased by 3% year-on-year (yoy) compared to the previous year, the Company managed to record a 49.6% increase in net profit to IDR 503 billion throughout 2025. This figure represents an increase of IDR 167 billion compared to IDR 336 billion in the same period the previous year.

“Thank God, amidst prolonged geopolitical tensions, energy market volatility, supply chain disruptions, slowing global growth, and increasing trade fragmentation, the Company was able to record positive performance throughout 2025,” explained BNBR President Director & CEO, Anindya N. Bakrie, after the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) in Jakarta, Friday (June 12, 2026).

The Company’s net revenue came from PT Bakrie Metal Industries (“BMI”) Group amounting to Rp 2.2 trillion, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (“VKTR”) Group amounting to Rp 1.08 trillion, and PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure (BIIN) Group amounting to Rp 464.21 billion.

Anin added that, amidst the current economic conditions, the Company is optimistic about maintaining growth and stability amidst global change. The Company’s adaptability and resilience to various changes and economic turmoil are BNBR’s assets in ensuring business sustainability.

“Going forward, we will focus on developing infrastructure, both physical and digital, while continuing to develop sustainable industries in the electric vehicle and green energy sectors,” said Anin.

Infrastructure Projects

BNBR Deputy President Director & Co-CEO, A. Ardiansyah Bakrie, stated that in the infrastructure sector, the Company, through PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (“CCT”), manages the 26,184-km Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road with a 45-year concession period until 2061. Traffic volume on this toll road averages 40,888 vehicles per day, 3.38% higher than the target set in the Corporate Work Plan and Budget (RKAP).

“CCT’s current average revenue is IDR 2.3 billion per day, 4.87% higher than the RKAP target and is projected to continue increasing in line with projected traffic increases and planned tariff increases in 2026,” explained Ardi.

In the digital communications infrastructure sector, the Company, through PT Multi Kontrol Nusantara (“MKN”), recorded revenue of IDR 358.9 billion throughout 2025, a 14.9% increase compared to the previous year.

This revenue comes from MKN’s contribution to the government’s program to equitably distribute internet connectivity in rural, suburban, and 3T (Outermost, Frontier, and Disadvantaged) areas. Furthermore, MKN has also built a fiber optic cable network of over 8,000 km and an FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network with a total of over 320,000 homepasses throughout Indonesia.

“MKN also contributes to the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) services in Java and Kalimantan, as well as developing applications based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning technology to accelerate the availability of a more efficient and productive digital economy,” said Ardi.

Focus on Sustainable Industry

Throughout 2025, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (“VKTR”) successfully sold 69 electric vehicles, consisting of 53 buses, 10 trucks, and 6 forklifts, to various companies across industries. This brings VKTR’s total electric vehicle sales since its inception to the end of 2025 to 135 electric buses, 24 electric trucks, and 13 forklifts.

In the first quarter of 2026, VKTR delivered 30 12-meter electric buses to TransJakarta. With these additional units, VKTR has cumulatively supplied 152 electric buses to TransJakarta’s fleet, or approximately 30% of the company’s current fleet of 500 electric buses.

“To date, VKTR remains the sole supplier of TransJakarta’s electric bus fleet that is assembled domestically and has met the Domestic Component Level (TKDN) requirement of above 40%,” Ardi explained.

In the new and renewable energy (NRE) industry, BNBR, through its subsidiary PT Bakrie Power, PT Helio Synar Energi (“Helio”), has successfully developed rooftop solar power plants (PLTS), both across several regions in Indonesia and within the Bakrie Group’s operational facilities.

“Helio has also successfully developed an EV charging business spread across a number of locations, from electric bus parking lots and high-rise building and airport parking lots in Jakarta, to university campuses in Yogyakarta and paper mills in Sumatra,” said Ardi.

BNBR is also pioneering a new venture through PT Modula Tiga Dimensi (“Modula”) in the application of 3-dimensional printing (3DCP) construction technology, investing in partnership with COBOD International of Denmark.

“Modula has successfully completed the construction of the Auditorium Building for PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk at their factory complex in Citeureup, Bogor, and is currently completing an “Eco Village” Mes complex at a steel pipe factory in Lampung. This is an alternative solution in building construction technology and is opening up new businesses in this field using fast, advanced, and environmentally friendly 3DCP technology,” explained Ardi.
