“Amidst extraordinary global economic turmoil, thank God, BNBR has consistently demonstrated positive financial performance in the first three months of this year, with impressive growth,” said President Director & CEO of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (“BNBR”) Anindya Novyan Bakrie, in Jakarta on Thursday (April 30, 2026).
Anin explained that the increase in the Company’s revenue stemmed from the contribution of PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (“CCT”) of Rp232.76 billion, or 20.5% of BNBR’s total consolidated revenue, and PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (“VKTR”) Group of Rp126.9 billion, or 58.2% of the previous year. Similarly, the increase in EBITDA stemmed from CCT’s contribution of Rp126.6 billion, or 50.4% of BNBR’s total consolidated EBITDA.
“The increase in operating profit was also supported by CCT’s contribution of IDR 128.6 billion, or 77% of BNBR’s total consolidated operating profit,” Anin said.
Business Unit Performance
BNBR Finance Director Roy Hendrajanto M. Sakti added that in the first quarter of 2026, PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure (“BIIN”) Group reported a 274.6% increase in revenue, or IDR 207.6 billion, primarily driven by CCT revenue. BIIN Group’s revenue increase was also supported by a 35.1% increase in revenue from PT Helio Synar Energi (“Helio”), or IDR 1.0 billion.
PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (“VKTR”) Group’s business unit posted a 58.2% increase in revenue, or IDR 126.9 billion. This revenue increase was driven by an increase in revenue from VKTR Holding, or IDR 114.8 billion, or IDR 95.10%. Furthermore, PT VKTR Sakti Industries (“VKTS”) recorded a revenue increase of IDR 88.0 billion, or IDR 85.45%.
“PT Bakrie Autoparts (“BA”) Group also recorded a revenue increase of Rp13 billion, or 6.3%, due to growing demand for automotive components,” Roy said.
Roy added that several business units experienced a decline in revenue, particularly PT Bakrie Metal Industries (“BMI”) Group. However, this business unit was offset by a Rp1.1 billion, or 2.6%, increase in revenue from PT Southeast Asia Pipe Industries (“SEAPI”), which came from sales in the Non-Oil & Gas (OG) sector. “We are optimistic that there will be an increase in revenue in the oil & gas pipe and EPC sectors going forward, along with upcoming projects scheduled for completion in the first half of 2026,” he explained.
