PT Bakrie Pipe Industries (BPI) has once again demonstrated its social commitment through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, “BPI Peduli” (BPI Cares) and “BPI Sehat” (BPI Healthy). In collaboration with Laznas Bakrie Amanah, BPI successfully organized a social outreach event providing health services to the community surrounding the company—specifically in the RW 02, 03, and 04 neighborhoods of Bekasi City.

The event took place at the Al Muawwanah Prayer Room in Bekasi City and was attended by management representatives from both organizations. BPI was represented by Ridwan Neldi (Section Head of GA & CSR Corporate Support), Eli Farida (General Service Supervisor), and the BPI GA team. Meanwhile, Laznas Bakrie Amanah was represented by Sholahudin (Regional Representative Unit Head) along with staff and support teams.

In his remarks, Ridwan Neldi stated that this activity was a tangible expression of management’s concern for the health of residents living near the company.

“We hope that this community health service activity—which includes metabolic screenings and blood donations—will bring the greatest possible benefit to the community surrounding the company,” said Ridwan.

Resident enthusiasm for the event was high. Approximately 100 residents utilized the metabolic screening facilities, while another 100 participants from the three neighborhoods took part in the blood donation drive.

“We hope this activity can be held regularly so that the community is assisted in monitoring their health and motivated to adopt a healthy lifestyle. May PT Bakrie Pipe Industries, Laznas Bakrie Amanah, and the entire Bakrie Group continue to thrive and succeed, and may BPI see an increase in orders,” said Mrs. Hj. Ida Masjidah, a representative of the resident beneficiaries. The implementation of this program also aligns with the noble philosophy of Bakrie Group founder H. Achmad Bakrie: that every rupiah earned by Bakrie must benefit the wider community. Ridwan expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the RW chairpersons, the head of the Almuawwanah *Majlis Ta’lim* (religious study group), and the entire support team for their collaboration in making the event a success. He hopes that this social initiative will not only provide health benefits but also serve as an act of worship and bring blessings to all involved.
