Anindya Novyan Bakrie is an Indonesian business magnate, global investor and prominent philanthropist. Through his business community leadership roles over the years, He represents Indonesia and Indo-Pacific business community voices in global fora and summits.<br /> He is the CEO of Bakrie & Brothers (BNBR) an Indonesian listed conglomerate with interests in infrastructure, electric vehicle, mining, oil & gas, power (incl. renewables and solar), property, and plantations. He is also the successor to the 80-year-old Bakrie group, one of the largest business groups growing with and for Indonesia, with 10 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a combined market capitalization of over US$15 billion. He concurrently serves as President Director of PT Bakrie Global Ventura since 2012, President Director of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk since 2014, President Commissioner of PT Intermedia Capital Tbk since 2013, Commissioner of PT Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Tbk since 2012. Previously he served as Commissioner of PT Lativi Mediakarya (2017-2020) and Commissioner of PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi (2019-2020).<br /> He serves as the Chairman of Supervisory Board (2021-2025) at Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) which is the statutory body of business organisations in Indonesia representing 34 provincial KADIN and +100 thousand businesses nationwide. He also serves as the Chairman of APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) Indonesia (appointed by two different Indonesian President) - established by APEC in 1995 as the official private sector arm to drive the regional economic cooperation. Through his leadership, ABAC Indonesia initiated the first Indonesia Impact Fund (IIF). Additionally, he is the elected Chairman of the Indonesian Aquatics Federation (PRSI).<br /> He joined the board of director at Oxford United Football Club since 2018 as he led the takeover of majority ownership of the club to be one of the first Indonesian majority owned English football clubs. As a global investor, he is pivoting the Group onto sustainable and digital investments in Electric Vehicle, Batteries, Renewables (mainly Solar PV), Prefab housing as well as Fintech and other emerging technologies.<br /> He graduated from Northwestern University in 1996 as an industrial engineer and earned his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2001. He started his career in Wall Street as an Investment Banker at Salomon Brothers in its New York office.<br /> After returning from the US, he founded VIVA Group, which owns tvOne (#1 News/Sports nationwide broadcaster) and ANTV (tier 1 entertainment nationwide broadcaster). In total, VIVA Group has a direct reach to over 200 million people nationwide. After 17 years of focusing in TMT sector, Anindya joined the Bakrie Group in 2017 to embed innovation & change to the Group.<br /> He is a prominent philanthropist focusing in people, planet and prosperity through Bakrie Centre Foundation that he established in 2001; and his role in the Board of Trustee of Bakrie Amanah and Patron of Bakrie University. His philanthropic activities covering dozens of cities across Indonesia, with a focus on education, public health, social welfare, environment, and disaster emergency response. Other affiliations include - Trustee, Eisenhower Fellowship; Member, Phillips Academy Andover’s Asia Council. Member, Northwestern University’s International Campaign Committee.</p> <p>He has passions in bringing the world to Indonesia as well as bringing Indonesia to the global stage with renewed momentum in this decade to deliver. As a pioneer in Indonesia’s EV Heavy Mobility industry, he is on a strong trajectory to pivot Bakrie Group towards sustainable and digital businesses, leveraging the strengths of Bakrie’s industrials and manufacturing.

Anindra Ardiansyah Bakrie was born in Jakarta in 1979. He graduated from Bentley University, Massachusetts, in 2005 with MBA degree. He has served as the Vice President Director of VIVA since 2017, where he was the Director of VIVA since 2011. Since 2017, he also serves as Commissioiner of PT Intermedia Capital Tbk., President Commissioner of PT Lativi Media Karya, and Commissioner of PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi; while also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Viva Media Baru and the Director for PT Bakrie Global Ventura. Previously he was positioned as President Director of PT Viva Media Baru (2012-2017), and Commissioner of PT Asia Global Media (2009-2012).

An Indonesian born in Jakarta in 1972, Roy Hendrajanto M. Sakti earned a Master Degree in Business Administration from University of Missouri, United States of America. He joined PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk. in 2016 as Executive Vice President and currently he also holds the position of Commissioner of PT Bakrie Kalila Investment. He holds over 20 years of experience in the finance and capital market industry. Prior to joining PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk., he held the position as Director at PT Capitalinc Investment Tbk. (2013-2015), and President Director at PT Madani Sekuritas (2008 – 2012). Previously Roy holds several positions in other asset management and securities company, as well as institution such as Jakarta Initiative Task (JITF) – Finance Department.

Kartini Sally was born in Jakarta in 1965. She earned a Masters in Management from the PPM School of Management. Prior to joining PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR), she served in various companies, including member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee at PT Bank HSBC Indonesia, Deputy Dean at Faculty of Dentistry, the University of Indonesia, and the Banker Competency Assessor Team at LPPI. She has also served as Director of Institutional Relations at PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, Director of Supervising at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri and DPLK PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, and Director of Commercial Banking at PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. Kartini had also a special assignment at PT Mandiri Sekuritas as a Commissioner, as well as the Chairman of the Coordinator for Credit at HIMBARA.

Sri Dharmayanti was born in Jakarta in 1962 and obtained her Master degree in Law from University of Indonesia. She holds the position of Director & CLO since 2008. Currently, she also serves as Director of PT Bumi Resources Tbk, Commissioner of PT Arutmin Indoxnesia, Commissioner of PT Kaltim Prima Coal as well as member of the Board of the Indonesian Mining Association (API-IMA), member of Advisory Board of the Indonesian Coal Mining Association (APBI-ICMA), member of the Assessment Team of Indonesia Public Listed Companies Association (AEI) and Member of Association of Indonesian Mining Proffessional (PERHAPI). Previously, she was General Manager-Legal of PT Arutmin Indonesia, after serving as Legal & General Affairs BHP Minerals Group in Indonesia.
