How to Add Financial Report #

1. Click “PDF” on the sidebar, then “Add New”

2. Type the PDF title on “Add title”

3. Files Upload

If you want to upload the file, click “Select Files” button or add the files by simply dragging and dropping the files from a file window directly into the file repository. Click the title of the file you wish to add and drag the file to your open browser. Your file will automatically upload. Then wait until the file uploaded successfully.

5. How to Publish the File

When the file successfully uploaded, you can move to the “Publish” side bar, that contain:

• Preview : The editor will display visual elements the way they’ll look on your actual site. You can confirm that via the Preview button before you hit “Publish”. Visitors can not see the file before you publish it.
• Status : to check the files status
• Visibility : to check the visibility of your file. if the file status is “Private” it’s mean your file can’t be seen by your visitors. if the file status sets “Publish” it’s mean your file can be seen by your visitors
• Publish : you are possible to customize the date you upload the file by simply click “edit”.

When everything checked properly, you can simply publish the file by click the “Publish” button.
