Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) angkat bicara terkait Rancangan Undang-Undang Minyak dan Gas Bumi (RUU Migas) yang masuk tahap penyusunan daftar inventarisasi masalah (DIM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deputi Keuangan dan Komersialisasi SKK Migas Desti Melanti mengatakan, pihaknya mendukung pembahasan RUU Migas untuk memperbaiki tata kelola industri migas nasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"RUU Migas itu tentunya akan beririsan dengan perbaikan tata kelola. Seperti apa nanti bentuknya, kami tentunya mendukung apapun kebijakan yang nantinya akan diputuskan,\" ujarnya dalam Konferensi Pers Forum Ekonomi, Keuangan, dan Komersial Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi 2026 di Jakarta, Selasa (20\/10\/2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Desti menjelaskan, percepatan reformasi regulasi merupakan amanat penting guna mendukung keberlanjutan pasokan energi nasional. Dia menuturkan, pembenahan tata kelola migas juga sejalan dengan arah pemerintah dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi serta kemandirian energi di dalam negeri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dia juga menegaskan seluruh pemangku kepentingan terkait wajib mengawal target strategis pemerintah dalam mewujudkan kemandirian energi nasional, sebagaimana tertuang dalam Asta Cita nomor dua Presiden Prabowo Subianto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"Karena apa yang disampaikan oleh Bapak Presiden Prabowo untuk mengawal Asta Cita nomor dua terkait dengan ketahanan energi, kita tidak boleh step back. Kita harus bergerak maju,\" jelasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lebih lanjut, dia juga mengatakan, pembentukan RUU Migas harus mampu menghasilkan daya dorong yang nyata bagi kemajuan industri migas nasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"Karena saat ini DIM RUU juga sudah bergulir dan saat ini tentunya pembuat kebijakan dan badan legislatif fokus untuk bisa merekonstruksi hal-hal yang memang perlu diperbaiki, kami tentunya mendukung apapun hasilnya nanti,\" ungkapnya.\n\nSebelumnya, Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia mengatakan, pembahasan RUU Migas bersama panitia terkait di lingkungan eksekutif hampir rampung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Menurutnya, penyusunan DIM juga telah mencapai sekitar 90% sehingga dapat segera disampaikan kepada parlemen untuk kemudian dibahas sebelum disahkan menjadi UU. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SKK Migas Deputy for Finance and Commercialization, Desti Melanti, stated that the agency supports the deliberation of the Oil and Gas Bill as a means to improve the governance of the national oil and gas industry. “The Oil and Gas Bill will certainly intersect with governance improvements. Whatever form it eventually takes, we support whatever policy is ultimately decided,” she said during a press conference at the 2026 Upstream Oil and Gas Economic, Financial, and Commercial Forum in Jakarta on Tuesday (October 20, 2026). Desti explained that accelerating regulatory reform is a crucial mandate for supporting the sustainability of the national energy supply. She noted that refining oil and gas governance aligns with the government’s objectives of fostering economic growth and achieving domestic energy self-sufficiency. She further emphasized that all relevant stakeholders must support the government’s strategic targets for realizing national energy self-sufficiency, as outlined in the second point of President Prabowo Subianto\u2019s “Asta Cita” (eight-point vision). “Given what President Prabowo has conveyed regarding the second point of his Asta Cita\u2014which concerns energy security\u2014we cannot take a step back. We must move forward,” she explained. Furthermore, she added that the development of the Oil and Gas Bill must be capable of providing a tangible impetus for the advancement of the national oil and gas industry. “Since the process of compiling the list of issues (DIM) for the bill is already underway, and policymakers along with the legislative body are focused on reconstructing areas that require improvement, we certainly support whatever the final outcome may be,” she stated. Previously, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), Bahlil Lahadalia, stated that discussions regarding the Oil and Gas Bill among the relevant executive-branch committee are nearing completion. According to him, the drafting of the List of Problem Inventory (DIM)\u2014a document outlining proposed amendments or points for discussion\u2014has reached approximately 90% completion, meaning it can soon be submitted to Parliament for deliberation before being enacted into law. “The Oil and Gas Bill is nearly finalized following meetings with the executive-branch committee tasked with this work.
