Sebanyak 27 unit bus listrik Trans Semarang diluncurkan dalam rangkaian peringatan Hari Perhubungan Nasional 2026 di halaman Balai Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wali Kota Semarang Agustina Wilujeng Pramestuti, di Semarang, Rabu, mengatakan bahwa peluncuran itu menjadi bagian dari target peremajaan 132 unit armada dari total 284 unit pada 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tujuannya untuk mewujudkan layanan transportasi publik yang modern, inklusif, dan ramah lingkungan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Selain menambah armada yang lebih bersih, upaya mengurangi emisi juga dilakukan melalui peremajaan kendaraan lama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ia mengimbau masyarakat untuk aktif melaporkan bus operasional yang masih mengeluarkan asap tebal agar dapat segera ditindaklanjuti dalam proses penggantian armada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"Kalau menghilangkan sekaligus mungkin terlalu ekstrem. Tapi kita kurangi secara bertahap, satu per satu bus beremisi diganti baru, sampai nantinya seluruh armada bersih total,\" katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bus listrik \"low deck\" sepanjang 12 meter yang diproduksi melalui kolaborasi PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) dan PT Laksana Bus Manufaktur (Laksana) disiapkan untuk Koridor I rute Terminal Mangkang\u2013Terminal Penggaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Armada yang menghubungkan wilayah barat dan timur Kota Semarang ini mulai beroperasi secara bertahap pada 25 September 2026 dan ditargetkan beroperasi penuh sebelum akhir tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bus berkapasitas hingga 60 penumpang tersebut dirancang untuk memudahkan akses penyandang disabilitas dan warga dengan mobilitas terbatas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tanpa emisi gas buang langsung dan dengan tingkat kebisingan operasional yang lebih rendah, kehadiran bus listrik juga memberi kesempatan bagi masyarakat untuk melihat langsung penggunaan kendaraan listrik dalam layanan transportasi publik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"Dulu orang berpikir isi ulangnya di mana, lalu ada kekhawatiran dayanya makin lama makin turun. Dengan menghadirkan bus listrik untuk Trans Semarang, masyarakat bisa melihat langsung keandalannya,\" katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ia menekankan bahwa transformasi transportasi publik perlu berjalan melalui penerapan teknologi yang lebih berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup warga.\n\n\"Kami berharap transformasi ini memberikan pilihan mobilitas yang lebih baik bagi masyarakat sekaligus menjadi bagian dari upaya bersama menciptakan lingkungan perkotaan yang lebih sehat dan berkelanjutan,\" katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Direktur Utama VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk Ardie Bakrie mengapresiasi langkah Pemerintah Kota Semarang dalam mentransformasi transportasi publik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
