Namun, jumlah kendaraan yang beredar dan ketersediaan casan masih menjadi perhatian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut data yang diolah Kementerian Perindustrian (Kemenperin), total populasi kendaraan listrik di Indonesia telah mencapai 468.231 unit hingga April 2026. Porsi mobil listrik, sebanyak 223.100 unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, berdasarkan pantauan redaksi dari aplikasi PLN Mobile, disebutkan bahwa saat ini sudah tersedia 5.030 casan yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perlahan tapi pasti, rasio laju pertumbuhan jumlah mobil listrik versus casan di Indonesia mulai merenggang, menjauhi kondisi ideal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika menggunakan data populasi mobil penumpang listrik dan jumlah casan tersebut sebagai gambaran kasar, terdapat sekitar 44 mobil listrik untuk setiap satu unit casan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan populasi mobil listrik perlu diimbangi dengan penambahan infrastruktur pengisian daya. Sebab, ketersediaan charger menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung penggunaan kendaraan listrik sehari-hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai catatan, angka 44 mobil listrik per casan merupakan perbandingan kasar berdasarkan populasi mobil listrik dan jumlah casan yang disebutkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rasio tersebut tidak secara langsung menggambarkan rasio resmi KBLBB per SPKLU, karena definisi kendaraan dan satuan infrastruktur yang digunakan dapat berbeda. Jumlah 5.030 casan juga terhitung hanya milik PLN, belum termasuk yang dibangun oleh pihak swasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rasio SPKLU dan Populasi Mobil Listrik<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meski demikian, pengamat otomotif Yannes Martinus Pasaribu mengatakan, rujukan resminya memang sudah cukup jelas terkait rasio SPKLU dan populasi mobil listrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Dalam Keputusan Menteri (Kepmen) ESDM Nomor 24.K\/TL.01\/MEM.L\/2025 tentang Rencana Pengembangan SPKLU untuk Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik Berbasis Baterai (KBLBB) Tahun 2025\u20132030, pemerintah menggunakan rasio sekitar 17 KBLBB untuk setiap satu SPKLU pada periode 2025\u20132027,\" ujar Yannes, saat dihubungi Kompas.com, belum lama ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Kemudian, diperketat menjadi sekitar 15 KBLBB per SPKLU pada 2028\u20132030 seiring pertumbuhan populasi EV,\" kata Yannes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan rencana tersebut, kebutuhan infrastruktur pengisian daya akan terus meningkat seiring bertambahnya kendaraan listrik yang beredar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Dari perhitungan tersebut, kebutuhan SPKLU diproyeksikan meningkat dari sekitar 5.810 unit pada 2025 menjadi 9.633 unit pada 2026, kemudian terus bertambah hingga sekitar 62.918 unit pada 2030 untuk melayani proyeksi 943.764 KBLBB,\" ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bukan Sekadar Menambah Casan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yannes menilai, tantangan pengembangan SPKLU tidak hanya berkaitan dengan jumlah unit yang tersedia. Penyebaran lokasi dan keandalan fasilitas juga menjadi bagian penting agar infrastruktur tersebut benar-benar dapat digunakan oleh pemilik kendaraan listrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Jadi, tantangannya bukan sekadar mengejar jumlah casan, tetapi memastikan pertumbuhannya mengikuti populasi EV, tersebar sesuai pola perjalanan, mempunyai tingkat uptime tinggi, dan tersedia di lokasi yang benar-benar dibutuhkan pengguna,\" katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan demikian, penambahan SPKLU perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, sekaligus memperhatikan kebutuhan pengguna di berbagai wilayah. \n\nKetersediaan casan yang memadai diharapkan dapat mendukung kenyamanan perjalanan dan mendorong penggunaan kendaraan listrik di Indonesia.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Source: Kompas.com | September 8, 2026 The growth of electric vehicles in Indonesia continues to be accompanied by a need for charging infrastructure. Ratio of Public EV Charging Stations to Electric Vehicle Population Nevertheless, automotive analyst Yannes Martinus Pasaribu noted that official guidelines regarding the ratio of public EV charging stations (SPKLU) to the electric vehicle population are already quite clear. &#8220;In the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Number 24.K\/TL.01\/MEM.L\/2025 concerning the 2025\u20132030 Development Plan for Public EV Charging Stations for Battery-Based Electric Motor Vehicles (KBLBB), the government utilizes a ratio of approximately 17 KBLBBs per charging station for the 2025\u20132027 period,&#8221; Yannes said when contacted by Kompas.com recently. &#8220;Subsequently, this ratio is tightened to approximately 15 KBLBBs per charging station for the 2028\u20132030 period, in line with the growth of the EV population,&#8221; Yannes added. Based on the plan, the demand for charging infrastructure will continue to rise as the number of electric vehicles on the road increases. &#8220;Based on these calculations, the requirement for charging stations is projected to rise from approximately 5,810 units in 2025 to 9,633 units in 2026, and continue growing to around 62,918 units by 2030 to serve a projected 943,764 KBLBBs,&#8221; he stated. More Than Just Adding Chargers Yannes believes that the challenge of developing charging stations goes beyond the mere number of available units. The distribution of locations and the reliability of the facilities are also crucial factors in ensuring the infrastructure is truly usable for electric vehicle owners. &#8220;Thus, the challenge is not simply about chasing a specific number of chargers, but ensuring that their growth keeps pace with the EV population, that they are distributed according to travel patterns, maintain high uptime, and are located where users actually need them,&#8221; he said. Consequently, the expansion of charging stations must be carried out sustainably while taking into account user needs across various regions.
