Meskipun pendapatan bersih ini turun sebesar 3% year-on-year (yoy) dibanding tahun sebelumnya, Perseroan berhasil menorehkan kenaikan laba bersih sebesar 49,6% senilai Rp 503 miliar di sepanjang tahun 2025. Angka ini naik sebesar Rp 167 miliar dibanding periode sama di tahun sebelumnya yang sebesar Rp 336 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAlhamdulillah, di tengah ketegangan geopolitik yang berkepanjangan, volatilitas pasar energi, gangguan rantai pasokan, dan perlambatan pertumbuhan global serta fragmentasi perdagangan yang meningkat, Perseroan mampu mencatatkan kinerja positif sepanjang tahun 2025,\u201d terang Direktur Utama & CEO BNBR, Anindya N. Bakrie, usai Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Tahunan Perseron, di Jakarta, Jumat (12\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendapatan bersih Perseroan tersebut berasal dari PT Bakrie Metal Industries (\u201cBMI\u201d) Group sebesar Rp 2,2 triliun, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (\u201cVKTR\u201d) Group  sebesar Rp 1,08 triliun, dan PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure (BIIN) Group sebesar Rp 464,21 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anin menambahkan, di tengah kondisi perekonomian terkini, Perseroan optimis mampu terus menjaga pertumbuhan dan stabilitas di tengah perubahan global. Kemampuan beradaptasi dan daya tahan Perseroan terhadap berbagai perubahan dan gejolak ekonomi menjadi modal BNBR untuk memastikan keberlanjutan usaha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKe depan, kita fokus menggarap lini infrastruktur, baik fisik maupun digital. Sembari terus mengembangkan industri berkelanjutan di bidang kendaraan listrik dan energi hijau,\u201d kata Anin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proyek Infrastruktur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wakil Direktur Utama & Co-CEO BNBR, A. Ardiansyah Bakrie mengatakan, di lini infrastruktur, Perseroan melalui PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (\u201cCCT\u201d) mengelola ruas Tol Cimanggis-Cibitung sepanjang 26,184 km dengan masa konsesi selama 45 tahun hingga 2061. Volume lalu lintas (traffic) tol ini mencapai rata-rata 40.888 kendaraan per hari atau lebih tinggi hingga 3,38% dibandingkan target Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPendapatan rata-rata CCT saat ini sebesar Rp2,3 miliar per hari, lebih tinggi hingga 4,87% dibandingkan target RKAP dan diproyeksikan akan terus meningkat seiring meningkatnya proyeksi traffic dan rencana kenaikan tarif pada tahun 2026,\u201d terang Ardi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di bidang infrastruktur komunikasi digital, Perseroan melalui PT Multi Kontrol Nusantara (\u201cMKN\u201d) di sepanjang 2025 telah berhasil mencatatkan pendapatan sebesar Rp 358,9 miliar, atau naik 14,9% dibanding tahun sebelumnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendapatan tersebut berasal dari kontribusi MKN terhadap program pemerintah untuk pemerataan konektivitas internet di area pedesaan, pinggiran kota dan 3T (Terluar, Terdepan dan Tertinggal). Selain itu, MKN juga membangun jaringan kabel Fiber Optik sepanjang >8.000 km dan juga jaringan FTTH (Fiber To The Home) dengan total homepass >320.000 di seluruh Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMKN juga turut berkontribusi dalam implementasi layanan Internet of Things (IoT) di Pulau Jawa dan Kalimantan, serta mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Machine Learning untuk mempercepat tersedianya ekonomi digital yang lebih efisien dan produktif,\u201d tutur Ardi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fokus pada Industri Berkelanjutan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sepanjang 2025, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (\u201cVKTR\u201d) berhasil menjual 69 unit kendaraan listrik yang terdiri dari 53 bus, 10 truk, dan 6 forklift ke berbagai perusahaan lintas industri. Sehingga total kumulatif penjualan kendaraan listrik VKTR yang telah dirampungkan sejak awal berdirinya hingga akhir tahun 2025 mencapai 135 unit bus listrik, 24 unit truk listrik, dan 13 unit forklift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapun di kuartal I 2026, VKTR telah menyelesaikan pengiriman sejumlah 30 unit bus listrik 12 meter kepada operator TransJakarta. Dengan tambahan tersebut, secara kumulatif VKTR telah memasok sebanyak 152 unit bus listrik untuk armada TransJakarta, atau sekitar 30% dari total armada bus listrik TransJakarta yang saat ini mencapai 500 unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHingga kini, VKTR juga masih menjadi satu-satunya pemasok armada bus listrik TransJakarta yang dirakit di dalam negeri dan telah memenuhi ketentuan Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN) di atas 40%,\u201d terang Ardi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di industri energi baru terbarukan (EBT), BNBR melalui anak usaha PT Bakrie Power, yakni PT Helio Synar Energi (\u201cHelio\u201d) berhasil mengembangkan fasilitas Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Atap, baik yang tersebar di sejumlah daerah di Indonesia maupun di fasilitas operasional pabrik di lingkungan Grup Bakrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHelio juga berhasil mengembangkan bisnis EV charging yang tersebar di sejumlah daerah, mulai dari pool bus listrik, area parkir gedung bertingkat dan bandara di Jakarta, hingga lingkungan kampus di Yogyakarta serta area pabrik kertas di Sumatera,\u201d kata Ardi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BNBR juga merintis usaha baru melalui PT Modula Tiga Dimensi (\"Modula\") di bidang aplikasi teknologi konstruksi pencetakan 3-dimensi (3DCP) dengan berinvestasi bersama COBOD International dari Denmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cModula telah berhasil menyelesaikan konstruksi Gedung Auditorium milik PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk di komplek pabrik mereka di Citeureup, Bogor, dan saat ini sedang menyelesaikan sebuah komplek Mes \"Eco Village\" di sebuah pabrik pipa baja di Lampung. Ini menjadi solusi alternatif dalam teknologi konstruksi bangunan dan menjadi pembuka bisnis baru di bidang ini menggunakan teknologi 3DCP yang cepat, advanced dan ramah lingkungan,\u201d terang Ardi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kinerja Unit Usaha Lain<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di sepanjang tahun 2025, unit-unit usaha BNBR telah berhasil menorehkan capaian yang menggembirakan. Di industri fabrikasi struktur baja dan manufaktur pipa baja, PT Bakrie Metal Industries (\u201cBMI\u201d) Group, mencatatkan pendapatan sebesar Rp 2,2 triliun. Perolehan ini berasal dari jasa konstruksi baja, EPC dan produsen pipa baja\nberdiameter 0,5in \u2013 48 in. Komposisi penjualan terdiri dari produk dan jasa dengan persentase 35% bidang migas dan 65% bidang non-migas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapun unit usaha di industri komponen otomotif, yakni PT Bakrie Autoparts (\u201cBA\u201d) mencatatkan pendapatan sebesar Rp 852,77 miliar di tahun 2025. Anin added that, amidst the current economic conditions, the Company is optimistic about maintaining growth and stability amidst global change. The Company&#8217;s adaptability and resilience to various changes and economic turmoil are BNBR&#8217;s assets in ensuring business sustainability. &#8220;Going forward, we will focus on developing infrastructure, both physical and digital, while continuing to develop sustainable industries in the electric vehicle and green energy sectors,&#8221; said Anin. Infrastructure Projects BNBR Deputy President Director &amp; Co-CEO, A. Ardiansyah Bakrie, stated that in the infrastructure sector, the Company, through PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (&#8220;CCT&#8221;), manages the 26,184-km Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road with a 45-year concession period until 2061. Traffic volume on this toll road averages 40,888 vehicles per day, 3.38% higher than the target set in the Corporate Work Plan and Budget (RKAP). &#8220;CCT&#8217;s current average revenue is IDR 2.3 billion per day, 4.87% higher than the RKAP target and is projected to continue increasing in line with projected traffic increases and planned tariff increases in 2026,&#8221; explained Ardi. In the digital communications infrastructure sector, the Company, through PT Multi Kontrol Nusantara (&#8220;MKN&#8221;), recorded revenue of IDR 358.9 billion throughout 2025, a 14.9% increase compared to the previous year. This revenue comes from MKN&#8217;s contribution to the government&#8217;s program to equitably distribute internet connectivity in rural, suburban, and 3T (Outermost, Frontier, and Disadvantaged) areas. Furthermore, MKN has also built a fiber optic cable network of over 8,000 km and an FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network with a total of over 320,000 homepasses throughout Indonesia. &#8220;MKN also contributes to the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) services in Java and Kalimantan, as well as developing applications based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning technology to accelerate the availability of a more efficient and productive digital economy,&#8221; said Ardi. Focus on Sustainable Industry Throughout 2025, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (&#8220;VKTR&#8221;) successfully sold 69 electric vehicles, consisting of 53 buses, 10 trucks, and 6 forklifts, to various companies across industries. This brings VKTR&#8217;s total electric vehicle sales since its inception to the end of 2025 to 135 electric buses, 24 electric trucks, and 13 forklifts. In the first quarter of 2026, VKTR delivered 30 12-meter electric buses to TransJakarta. With these additional units, VKTR has cumulatively supplied 152 electric buses to TransJakarta&#8217;s fleet, or approximately 30% of the company&#8217;s current fleet of 500 electric buses. &#8220;To date, VKTR remains the sole supplier of TransJakarta&#8217;s electric bus fleet that is assembled domestically and has met the Domestic Component Level (TKDN) requirement of above 40%,&#8221; Ardi explained. In the new and renewable energy (NRE) industry, BNBR, through its subsidiary PT Bakrie Power, PT Helio Synar Energi (&#8220;Helio&#8221;), has successfully developed rooftop solar power plants (PLTS), both across several regions in Indonesia and within the Bakrie Group&#8217;s operational facilities. &#8220;Helio has also successfully developed an EV charging business spread across a number of locations, from electric bus parking lots and high-rise building and airport parking lots in Jakarta, to university campuses in Yogyakarta and paper mills in Sumatra,&#8221; said Ardi. BNBR is also pioneering a new venture through PT Modula Tiga Dimensi (&#8220;Modula&#8221;) in the application of 3-dimensional printing (3DCP) construction technology, investing in partnership with COBOD International of Denmark. &#8220;Modula has successfully completed the construction of the Auditorium Building for PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk at their factory complex in Citeureup, Bogor, and is currently completing an &#8220;Eco Village&#8221; Mes complex at a steel pipe factory in Lampung. This is an alternative solution in building construction technology and is opening up new businesses in this field using fast, advanced, and environmentally friendly 3DCP technology,&#8221; explained Ardi. Other Business Unit Performance Throughout 2025, BNBR&#8217;s business units have achieved encouraging results. In the steel structure fabrication and steel pipe manufacturing industry, PT Bakrie Metal Industries (&#8220;BMI&#8221;) Group recorded revenues of IDR 2.2 trillion. This revenue came from steel construction services, EPC, and the production of steel pipes with diameters ranging from 0.5 in. to 48 in. Sales consisted of products and services, with 35% oil and gas and 65% non-oil and gas. Meanwhile, the business unit in the automotive components industry, PT Bakrie Autoparts (&#8220;BA&#8221;), recorded revenues of IDR 852.77 billion in 2025. This revenue came from OEM supply activities for automotive components, with sales comprising 87% automotive components and 13% general casting.
