Raihan ini secara year on year naik sebesar Rp110,42 miliar atau 2,94% dibanding periode sama di tahun 2023 sebesar Rp3,75 triliun. BNBR juga menorehkan laba bersih sebesar Rp336,04 miliar di sepanjang tahun 2024. Angka ini naik sebesar Rp71,59 miliar atau 27,07% dibanding periode sama di tahun sebelumnya yang sebesar Rp264,45 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKami bersyukur di tengah kondisi ekonomi global yang tidak menentu, Perseroan mampu mencatatkan kinerja positif sepanjang tahun 2024. Ini merupakan hasil dari kerja keras tim dalam menjalankan sejumlah proyek strategis unit-unit usaha, terutama di sektor manufaktur dan elektrifikasi transportasi publik,\u201d terang Direktur Utama & CEO PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk., Anindya Novyan Bakrie, usai menerbitkan laporan keuangan tahun buku 2024, di Jakarta, Selasa (15\/4\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kenaikan pendapatan bersih tersebut antara lain berasal dari kenaikan pendapatan PT Bakrie Metal Industries (\u201cBMI\u201d) Group sebesar Rp247,37 miliar atau meningkat 10,8% dan PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (\u201cVKTR\u201d) sebesar Rp46,38 miliar atau meningkat 44,1% berasal dari peningkatan penjualan bus listrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Neraca Semakin Sehat dan Kokoh<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Direktur Keuangan BNBR Roy Hendrajanto M. Sakti menambahkan, saat ini postur neraca Perseroan jauh lebih ramping dan sehat. Setelah sekian tahun proses restrukturisasi berlangsung, disusul dengan aksi korporasi kuasi reorganisasi yang telah efektif pada 22 Agustus 2024 lalu, Perseroan juga telah menyelesaikan tahapan akhir aksi korporasi berupa private placement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan penyelesaian aksi korporasi ini, rasio debt to assets Perseroan turun menjadi 43% dari 63% akhir tahun 2023. Sedangkan rasio debt to equity Perseroan juga turun signifikan menjadi 75% dari 167% pada akhir tahun 2023. Current ratio Perseroan juga meningkat tajam menjadi 169% dari 100% tahun 2023. Per 31 Desember 2024 Perseroan berhasil mencatatkan laba ditahan sebesar Rp329 miliar sebagai dampak dari aksi korporasi kuasi reorganisasi yang telah berhasil menghapus defisit Rp19,5 triliun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fokus pada Industrialisasi Berkelanjutan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anak usaha Perseroan yang bergerak di industri kendaraan listrik PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (\u201cVKTR\u201d) telah menyelesaikan pembangunan fasilitas perakitan kendaraan listrik komersial berbasis Completely Knocked Down (CKD) pertama di Indonesia yang berlokasi di Magelang, Jawa Tengah pada awal tahun 2025. Bus listrik 12 meter yang dirakit melalui fasilitas perakitan ini telah tersertifikasi Tingkat Kandungan Dalam Negeri (TKDN) lebih dari 40%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebelumnya, VKTR tidak hanya menyelesaikan penjualan sebesar 21 unit bus listrik kepada operator TransJakarta, tetapi juga merealisasikan penjualan pertama untuk penggunaan bus listrik untuk mobilitas bandara (airport bus). Di sektor bisnis swasta, VKTR kembali merealisasikan penjualan 7 unit bus listrik sebagai transportasi dan mobilisasi karyawan perusahaan sektor industri pulp dan kertas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, VKTR memperluas kontribusinya di sektor truk listrik dengan melakukan penjualan pertamanya, yakni compactor, kepada klien BUMN yang diperuntukkan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN). Tidak hanya itu, VKTR melalui anak perusahaan juga mencatat penjualan 7 unit forklift listrik ke perusahaan grup internal serta perusahaan swasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebih dari itu, BNBR juga tengah mempercepat pengembangan infrastruktur energi baru terbarukan, yang dikembangkan melalui anak usaha PT Bakrie Power, yakni PT Helio Synar Energi (Helio). Setelah berhasil mengembangkan fasilitas Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Atap, di pabrik PT Braja Mukti Cakra (BMC), Helio juga merampungkan pembangunan PLTS Atap di fasilitas operasional lainnya di lingkungan Grup Bakrie, yakni di PT Bakrie Pipe Industries (\u201cBPI\u201d) dengan kapasitas yang lebih besar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMelalui Helio, perusahaan secara khusus mengerjakan proyek pembangkit listrik EBT yang ramah lingkungan dan menjadi tren masa depan,\u201d kata Anin. \n\nBNBR juga merintis usaha baru melalui PT Modula Sustainability Indonesia (\u201cModula\u201d), yang berinvestasi di subsektor teknologi konstruksi pencetakan 3-dimensi (3DCP), berpatungan dengan COBOD International dari Denmark yang dimiliki perusahaan terkemuka dunia seperti GE (USA), Cemex (Belanda), Holcim (Swiss) dan Peri (Jerman). The increase in net income came from an increase in revenue from PT Bakrie Metal Industries (&#8220;BMI&#8221;) Group by IDR247.37 billion or an increase of 10.8% and PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (&#8220;VKTR&#8221;) by IDR46.38 billion or an increase of 44.1% from an increase in electric bus sales. Balance Sheet Becomes Healthier and Stronger BNBR Finance Director Roy Hendrajanto M. Sakti added that currently the Company&#8217;s balance sheet posture is much leaner and healthier. After several years of restructuring, followed by a quasi-reorganization corporate action that was effective on August 22, 2024, the Company has also completed the final stage of the corporate action in the form of a private placement. With the completion of this corporate action, the Company&#8217;s debt to assets ratio fell to 43% from 63% at the end of 2023. Meanwhile, the Company&#8217;s debt to equity ratio also fell significantly to 75% from 167% at the end of 2023. The Company&#8217;s current ratio also increased sharply to 169% from 100% in 2023. As of December 31, 2024, the Company managed to record retained earnings of IDR 329 billion as an impact of the quasi-reorganization corporate action that has succeeded in eliminating a deficit of IDR 19.5 trillion. Focus on Sustainable Industrialization The Company&#8217;s subsidiary engaged in the electric vehicle industry, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (&#8220;VKTR&#8221;) has completed the construction of the first Completely Knocked Down (CKD) commercial electric vehicle assembly facility in Indonesia located in Magelang, Central Java in early 2025. The 12-meter electric buses assembled through this assembly facility have been certified with a Domestic Content Level (TKDN) of more than 40%. Previously, VKTR not only completed the sale of 21 electric buses to the TransJakarta operator, but also realized the first sale for the use of electric buses for airport mobility (airport bus). In the private business sector, VKTR again realized the sale of 7 electric buses as transportation and employee mobilization for companies in the pulp and paper industry sector. In addition, VKTR expanded its contribution in the electric truck sector by making its first sale, namely a compactor, to a BUMN client designated for the National Capital City (IKN). Not only that, VKTR through its subsidiary also recorded the sale of 7 electric forklifts to internal group companies and private companies. Moreover, BNBR is also accelerating the development of new renewable energy infrastructure, developed through a subsidiary of PT Bakrie Power, namely PT Helio Synar Energi (Helio). After successfully developing a Rooftop Solar Power Plant (PLTS) facility, at the PT Braja Mukti Cakra (BMC) factory, Helio has also completed the construction of a Rooftop PLTS at another operational facility within the Bakrie Group, namely at PT Bakrie Pipe Industries (\u201cBPI\u201d) with a larger capacity. &#8220;Through Helio, the company specifically works on renewable energy power plant projects that are environmentally friendly and are becoming a future trend,&#8221; said Anin. BNBR is also pioneering a new business through PT Modula Sustainability Indonesia (&#8220;Modula&#8221;), which invests in the 3-dimensional printing construction technology (3DCP) subsector, in collaboration with COBOD International from Denmark which is owned by world-leading companies such as GE (USA), Cemex (Netherlands), Holcim (Switzerland) and Peri (Germany).
