Dirjen Energi Baru Terbarukan dan Konservasi Energi (EBTKE) Kementerian ESDM Eniya Listiani Dewi mengungkapkan bahwa EBT yang digunakan oleh Indonesia saat ini masih tergolong sedikit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Total potensi EBT Indonesia itu 3.687 GW, tapi kapasitas terpasangnya baru 14.883 MW, jadi potensi EBT yang baru digunakan dalam sektor Ketenagalistrikan baru 0,398% atau hampir 4% di Desember 2024,\" katanya dalam Carbon Neutrality di Gambir Expo Kemayoran, Jumat (14\/2\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potensi sebaran EBT menyebar di berbagai pulau di Indonesia. Rinciannya Sumatra memiliki 1.240,64 GW, Jawa memiliki 696,58 GW, Maluku dan Papua sebanyak 518,46 GW, kemudian Kalimantan sebanyak 517,53 GW, Bali dan Nusa Tenggara 457,17 GW serta Sulawesi 257,36 GW l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Untuk potensi EBT yang ada di tempat kita, itu sebetulnya yang bisa dikatakan lumbung EBT itu Pulau Sumatra. Pulau Sumatra ini 34 persen EBT ada di situ. Dan diikuti wilayah Jawa, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, dan lain sebagainya,\" sebut Eniya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari paparannya, tenaga surya menjadi yang terbesar dengan potensi 3.294 GW, sedangkan kapasitas terpasang 917 MW, kemudian angin potensinya 155 GW sedangkan kapasitas terpasang 152 MW<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selanjutnya air juga jadi salah satu EBT dengan potensi 96 GW dan kapasitas terpasang 7.066 MW, kemudian laut potensi 63 GW kapasitas terpasang 0 MW, Bioenergi potensi 57 GW dengan kapasitas terpasang 3.669 MW, kemudian panas bumi potensinya 24 GW namun kapasitas terpasang baru 2.639 MW.\n\n\"Dari potensi yang dipunyai, yang kita punyai, yang paling besar adalah surya.
