Dan 2040 untuk mobil penumpang, bus, truk ringan, truk sedang dan truk berat, Indonesia dapat terlepas dari beban fiskal yang saat ini setara dengan 10 persen pendapatan domestik bruto pada 2060,\u201d kata Ray dalam acara yang digelar Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (12\/2\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDengan menargetkan 100 persen penjualan kendaraan nol emisi pada 2037 untuk kendaraan roda dua dan tiga. Dan 2040 untuk mobil penumpang, bus, truk ringan, truk sedang dan truk berat, Indonesia dapat terlepas dari beban fiskal yang saat ini setara dengan 10 persen pendapatan domestik bruto pada 2060,\u201d kata Ray dalam acara yang digelar Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (12\/2\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketiga, pemerintah perlu membuat standar suplai kendaraan nol emisi guna mendorong produksi dan adopsi. Keempat, mengembangkan infrastruktur pengisian daya yang menyesuaikan karakteristik dan kebutuhan pengguna yang bervariasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Tanpa infrastruktur pengisian daya, kendaraan tidak bisa berfungsi. Jadi kita harus memikirkan kendaraan dan pengisian daya sebagai sistem tunggal,\" ungkap Ray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Itu berarti menetapkan rencana yang jelas, memahami di mana kendaraan beroperasi dan di mana pengisian daya terbaik ditempatkan, serta investasi,\" tambah dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia menyebutkan, peralihan ke kendaraan listrik dapat mengurangi emisi sebesar 2,4-3,1 gigaton karbondioksida (CO2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ray mencatat, emisi dari kendaraan di jalan menyumbang 22 persen dari total emisi secara nasional di Indonesia. Polusi kendaraan juga berdampak terhadap kesehatan, bahkan menyebabkan kematian dini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Perhitungan yang kami lakukan sekitar lima tahun lalu menunjukkan bahwa dampak kesehatan tahunan dari emisi tersebut adalah sekitar 4.500 kematian dini. Namun, itu belum termasuk kasus asma, dan dampak sosial lainnya akibat polusi udara,\" jelas dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, Deputi Bidang Koordinasi Infrastruktur Dasar Kementerian Koordinator Infrastruktur dan Pembangunan Kewilayahan, Rachmat Kaimuddin, menyatakan pemerintah berkomitmen memberikan insentif untuk pembelian mobil listrik di tahun ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut dia, skema insentif diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) Nomor 12 Tahun 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Tahun ini masih (diberikan insentif), beberapa hari yang lalu keluar PMK-nya. Jadi mobil BEV (battery electric vehicle) dapat pajak pertambahan nilai ditanggung pemerintah (PPNDTP) 10 persen,\" kata Rachmat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedangkan, untuk mobil hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) atau mobil yang menggunakan tenaga fosil dan baterai akan mendapatkan pajak pertambahan nilai barang mewah (PPNBM) yang ditanggung pemerintah sebesar 3 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kendati demikian, Rachmat berujar, sejauh ini pihaknya belum akan memberikan insentif pembelian sepeda motor listrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sejauh ini, penjualan mobil listrik naik hingga 4,98 persen dari total penjualan mobil nasional yakni 43.188 unit pada 2024. Rachmat mengaku optimistis penjualan di tahun ini akan makin melonjak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Katanya di industri kalau sudah mencapai 5 persen itu adalah tipping point. Jadi kami berharap ke depan makin banyak lagi pengguna-pengguna kendaraan EV ini,\" ucap Rachmat.\n\nKini, pemerintah tengah fokus menyediakan Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU) di berbagai wilayah Indonesia untuk mendorong penjualan mobil listrik. Third, the government needs to create standards for the supply of zero-emission vehicles to encourage production and adoption. Fourth, develop a charging infrastructure that adapts to the characteristics and needs of varying users. &#8220;Without charging infrastructure, vehicles cannot function. So we have to think of vehicles and charging as a single system,&#8221; said Ray. &#8220;That means setting a clear plan, understanding where vehicles operate and where charging is best placed, and investing,&#8221; he added. He said that switching to electric vehicles could reduce emissions by 2.4-3.1 gigatons of carbon dioxide (CO2). Ray noted that emissions from vehicles on the road contributed 22 percent of the total national emissions in Indonesia. Vehicle pollution also has an impact on health, even causing premature death. &#8220;Calculations we carried out about five years ago showed that the annual health impact of these emissions was around 4,500 premature deaths. However, that does not include cases of asthma and other social impacts due to air pollution,&#8221; he explained. Meanwhile, Deputy for Basic Infrastructure Coordination at the Coordinating Ministry for Infrastructure and Regional Development, Rachmat Kaimuddin, stated that the government is committed to providing incentives for the purchase of electric cars this year. According to him, the incentive scheme is regulated in Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 12 of 2025. &#8220;This year (incentives are still being given), a few days ago the PMK was issued. So BEV (battery electric vehicle) cars get a value added tax borne by the government (PPNDTP) of 10 percent,&#8221; said Rachmat. Meanwhile, hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) or cars that use fossil fuel and batteries will receive a luxury goods value added tax (PPNBM) borne by the government of 3 percent. Nevertheless, Rachmat said, so far his party will not provide incentives for purchasing electric motorbikes. So far, electric car sales have increased to 4.98 percent of total national car sales, namely 43,188 units in 2024. Rachmat admitted that he was optimistic that sales this year would increase even more. &#8220;In the industry it is said that if it reaches 5 percent it is the tipping point.
