PT Bakrie Metal Industries (BMI), selaku kontraktor dari Dinas Bina Marga Provinsi DKI Jakarta, berhasil menyelesaikan pekerjaan konstruksi jembatan penyeberangan orang (JPO) Mas Mansyur, di Jalan KH Mas Mansyur, Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat. JPO yang menghubungkan kawasan Karet dan Setiabudi ini telah dibangun sejak 20 Maret 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pj. Gubernur DKI Jakarta Teguh Setyabudi dalam sambutannya mengatakan, JPO Mas Mansyur ini dibangun dengan mengadopsi sejarah di lokasi setempat. JPO yang pembangunannya menelan dana sebesar Rp19 miliar ini mengadopsi desain tanaman karet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ardi Bakrie menambahkan, penyelesaian pembangunan JPO Mas Mansyur ini merupakan wujud komitmen BNBR Group dalam mendukung Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta untuk turut mengembangkan infrastruktur perkotaan yang berkualitas, aman, nyaman dan estetis. \"Keamanan dan kenyamanan pejalan kaki merupakan prioritas utama, begitu pula dengan aspek keindahan yang akan turut mempercantik wajah Kota Jakarta,\" katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Direktur Utama & CEO PT Bakrie Metal Industries (BMI) R. Atok Hendrayanto menambahkan JPO Mas Mansyur ini dibangun dengan konsep desain yang diadopsi dari tanaman karet. Terutama bagian dari batang pohon karet yang memiliki alur pengambilan getah, yang disebut dengan lateks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"Ekstraksi getah lateks pada pohon karet umumnya berbentuk bekas guratan khas yang melingkar pada batang pohonnya, dimana guratan ini dijadikan desain artistik yang melingkar pada gelagar atau badan JPO,\" terangnya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Atok mengatakan, JPO ini memiliki panjang 39,6 meter dengan lebar 3 meter dan tinggi 5,5 meter. Selain itu, JPO ini juga dilengkapi dengan lift berjumlah 2 unit dengan beban maksimal 1.000 kilogram, videotron dan CCTV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selain JPO Mas Mansyur, PT Bakrie Metal Industries sebelumnya juga telah merampungkan sejumlah 2 unit JPO. Yakni JPO Klender dan JPO Marunda yang masing-masing telah selesai pengerjaannya di tahun 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Especially the part of the rubber tree trunk that has grooves for sap, which is called latex. “The extraction of latex sap from rubber trees generally takes the form of distinctive circular streaks on the trunk of the tree, where these streaks are made into artistic designs that circle around the girder or body of the bridge,” he explained. Atok said, this footbridge is 39.6 meters long, 3 meters wide and 5.5 meters high.
