PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk. (\"Perseroan\" atau \"BNBR\") terus mendorong dan mengakselerasi transformasi bisnis ke industri energi hijau (green energy industry). Transformasi bisnis ini semakin mengemuka dengan disepakatinya rencana pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Terapung (Floating Solar Power Plant) dan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu (PLTB\/Wind Power Plants) antara BNBR dan Envision Energy International Ltd. (\u201cEnvision\u201d). Penandatanganan nota kesepahaman (memorandum of understanding\/MoU) ini dilakukan oleh Direktur BNBR Roy Hendrajanto M. Sakti dan Senior Vice President Envision Hu Yingchun, di Beijing, Minggu (10\/11\/2024). Penandatanagan ini dilakukan pada acara Indonesia-China Business Forum 2024 di Beijing, yang diadakan oleh Kadin Indonesia dan juga dihadiri oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia, Bapak H. Prabowo Subianto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cKami bangga dapat mengambil peran penting dalam rangkaian transformasi industri energi hijau di tanah air sebagai salah satu wujud komitmen kami terhadap prinsip-prinsip bisnis keberlanjutan (sustainability business),\u201d kata Roy. \u201cIni juga merupakan kesempatan yang baik sekali dalam mendukung program pertumbuhan domestik yang telah didorong oleh pemerintah, di mana nantinya akan lebih banyak lagi investasi asing yang masuk ke dalam negeri, apalagi dalam pengembangan energi hijau,\u201d tambah Roy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Roy juga mengatakan, Perseroan dan Envision sedang mengeksplorasi untuk membangun PLTS Terapung dan PLTB yang masing-masing memiliki kapasitas sebesar 200 Mega Watt. Rencananya, keduanya akan menggunakan tenaga hibrida untuk memasok listrik yang bersih, dapat diandalkan, dan berkelanjutan untuk mendukung jaringan listrik terutama di daerah timur Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Untuk memastikan keandalan pasokan listrik ke jaringan, lanjut Roy, nantinya dimungkinkan pula untuk menjalin kerja sama dengan perusahaan-perusahaan Grup Bakrie lainnya. Yakni, berupa kerja sama dalam memasok gas bumi yang diperlukan untuk pengembangan pembangkit listrik tenaga gas (PLTG) yang juga akan memasok listrik ke jaringan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Di kesempatan yang sama, Senior Vice President Envision Hu Yingchun mengatakan, pihaknya bangga bisa bekerjasama dalam mengembangkan teknologi mutakhir pada industri energi hijau di Indonesia. \u201cMembangun fasilitas energi hijau bukan hanya memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi perekonomian, melainkan juga untuk membangun masa depan yang lebih baik dan berkelanjutan bagi generasi berikutnya,\u201d kata Hu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cProyek ini akan menggunakan teknologi turbin pintar (smart turbine technology) milik Envision untuk meningkatkan efisiensi turbin angin dan masa pakai yang lebih lama pada pembangkit listrik tenaga hibrida,\u201d terang Hu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lebih lanjut, Roy menambahkan, kedua perusahaan juga berencana mengeksplorasi potensi pengembangan kawasan industri hijau seluas 1.000 Ha di Indonesia. Selain itu, keduanya juga akan menginisiasi pengembangan rantai pasok pengolahan nikel untuk mendukung industri baterai kendaraan listrik, baik untuk pasar domestik maupun ekspor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
