Perusahaan properti komersial dan manajemen investasi JLL menilai pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yang relatif stabil dan tingkat kepercayaan investor yang tinggi akan mendorong pertumbuhan sektor property di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hal ini juga didukung Indonesia menempati peringkat 40 secara global dengan indeks transparansi 2,81, atau masuk kategori semi-transparan, dalam laporan Indeks Transparansi Real Estate Global (GRETI) milik JLL dan LaSalle 2022-2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dalam indeks ini disebutkan, semakin transparan sektor properti suatu negara, maka investasi properti yang diraih juga semakin banyak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Farazia Basarah, Country Head, JLL Indonesia mengatakan, berdasarkan indeks transparansi properti JLL tersebut, Indonesia masih unggul diatas Filipina dan Vietnam di Asia Tenggara, namun berada dibawah Thailand dan Malaysia yang masuk dalam kategori Transparan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menurut dia, di tengah situasi ekonomi yang masih belum menentu, sektor properti Indonesia masih dapat tumbuh pada 2023 dan diproyeksikan akan terus tumbuh pada 2024 seiring dengan prospek perekonomian Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nilai investasi di sektor properti pada paruh pertama 2024 mencapai Rp 29,4 triliun, tumbuh 6 persen dari periode yang sama tahun lalu. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan investor terhadap sektor properti di Indonesia masih tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
