Menteri Perhubungan, Budi Karya Sumadi, mengatakan bahwa Kementerian Perhubungan (Kemenhub) mendukung penuh penyediaan kendaraan listrik di kawasan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) Nusantara, Kalimantan Timur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cKemenhub memprioritaskan penyediaan alat transportasi rendah emisi, dalam hal ini kendaraan listrik di kawasan IKN. Ini penting untuk menjaga kualitas udara di wilayah IKN,\u201d kata Budi melalui Antara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Budi melakukan kunjungan kerja di IKN, Penajam Paser Utara, Kalimantan Timur untuk melihat progres pembangunan sejumlah fasilitas sarana dan prasarana transportasi di daerah tersebut. Dia menjelaskan untuk mencapai nol emisi di kawasan IKN, Kemenhub telah menyiapkan beberapa strategi yang efektif, seperti layanan angkutan antarmoda di wilayah penyangga IKN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jaringan layanan angkutan antarmoda dari kota penyangga IKN menuju ke Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan (KIPP) IKN yang sudah dan akan beroperasi, antara lain angkutan antarmoda Balikpapan - IKN (Rest Area) dan angkutan antarmoda Samarinda - IKN (Park n Ride 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Budi menuturkan, layanan angkutan antarmoda Balikpapan - IKN via Simpang Samboja sudah beroperasi sejak 1 November 2022. Setelah beroperasinya jalan tol IKN, kata Budi, layanan angkutan antarmoda Balikpapan - IKN akan berganti menjadi via tol, begitu pula dengan layanan angkutan antarmoda Samarinda - IKN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSetelah beroperasinya jalan tol, titik akhir layanan untuk bus non listrik adalah Park and Ride 2 sebagai titik transit, kemudian para penumpang akan beralih moda dengan angkutan perkotaan IKN yang menggunakan Electric Vehicle,\u201d terang Menhub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Terkait layanan bus listrik, Budi telah melaksanakan kajian perencanaan teknis angkutan umum di KIPP tahap 1 dengan mengusulkan 3 rute trayek. Ketiga trayek tersebut yakni rute Park & Ride sampai Masjid Raya dengan total kebutuhan 13 bus medium; rute Park & ride sampai Botanical Garden total kebutuhan armada 7 bus medium; dan rute Park & ride 1 sampai Park & ride 2 dengan total kebutuhan 21 armada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sementara itu, Otoritas Ibu Kota Nusantara (OIKN) juga berencana bekerja sama dengan Bluebird untuk melayani rute di dalam IKN atau KIPP tahap 1, dalam hal ini terkait pengadaan bus listrik dan rencana operasionalnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kemudian, untuk 2025 telah diusulkan anggaran Buy the Service (BTS) untuk melayani rute IKN. Budi made a working visit to IKN, North Penajam Paser, East Kalimantan to see the progress of the construction of a number of transportation facilities and infrastructure in the area. He explained that to achieve zero emissions in the IKN area, the Ministry of Transportation has prepared several effective strategies, such as intermodal transportation services in the IKN buffer area. The intermodal transport service network from IKN buffer cities to the IKN Central Government Core Area (KIPP) which is and will be operating, includes Balikpapan – IKN (Rest Area) intermodal transport and Samarinda – IKN (Park n Ride 2) intermodal transport. Budi said that the Balikpapan – IKN intermodal transportation service via Simpang Samboja has been operating since November 1 2022. After the operation of the IKN toll road, said Budi, the Balikpapan – IKN intermodal transportation service will change to via toll road, as will the Samarinda – IKN intermodal transportation service. “After the operation of the toll road, the final point of service for non-electric buses will be Park and Ride 2 as a transit point, then passengers will switch modes to IKN urban transportation which uses Electric Vehicles,” explained the Minister of Transportation. Regarding electric bus services, Budi has carried out a technical planning study for public transportation at KIPP stage 1 by proposing 3 routes. The three routes are the Park & \u200b\u200bRide route to the Grand Mosque with a total requirement of 13 medium buses; the Park & \u200b\u200bride route to the Botanical Garden requires a total fleet of 7 medium buses; and routes Park & \u200b\u200bride 1 to Park & \u200b\u200bride 2 with a total requirement of 21 fleets. Meanwhile, the Archipelago Capital Authority (OIKN) also plans to collaborate with Bluebird to serve routes within IKN or KIPP phase 1, in this case related to the procurement of electric buses and operational plans. Then, for 2025 a Buy the Service (BTS) budget has been proposed to serve the IKN route. Regarding the route plan, it will be adjusted to the land parcels that have been built, while the number of fleet requirements is still waiting for study and review from the OIKN team.
