Jakarta - Di tengah gejolak ekonomi global perekonomian Indonesia masih mencatatkan aktivitas bisnis yang relatif baik. Untuk sektor properti kinerjanya lebih menjanjikan dengan penjualan properti residensial atau rumah tapak baru (pasar primer) untuk periode triwulan pertama 2024 bisa tumbuh mencapai 31,16 persen dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya (yoy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Data itu dikutip dari Survei Harga Properti Residensial (SHPR) yang dilansir Bank Indonesia (BI) sebagaimana dipaparkan Asisten Gubernur-Departemen Komunikasi BI Erwin Haryono beberapa hari lalu. Peningkatan itu juga terjadi di seluruh tipe rumah dengan persentase 37,84 persen, 13,57 persen, dan 48,51 persen untuk rumah tipe kecil, menengah, dan besar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Situasi yang baik ini terus dioptimalkan oleh kalangan pengembang dengan menghadirkan produk-produk yang sesuai kebutuhan maupun perkembangan tren masyarakat. Dengan kondisi perekonomian Indonesia yang terus bergerak positif khususnya di industri properti, perbankan, hingga bahan bangunan yang memperlihatkan optimisme untuk sektor ini kembali mengalami booming hingga tahun-tahun mendatang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beberapa indikator baik itu didukung oleh tren suku bunga yang tetap bersahabat serta diperpanjangnya insentif pajak ditanggung pemerintah (PPN DTP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
