{"id":6572,"date":"2024-02-28T10:47:46","date_gmt":"2024-02-28T03:47:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bakrie-brothers.com\/?p=6572"},"modified":"2024-05-28T10:56:10","modified_gmt":"2024-05-28T03:56:10","slug":"vktr-builds-first-commercial-electric-vehicle-facility-in-indonesia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bakrie-brothers.com\/id\/news-and-media\/vktr-builds-first-commercial-electric-vehicle-facility-in-indonesia\/","title":{"rendered":"VKTR Bangun Fasilitas Kendaraan Listrik Komersil Pertama di Indonesia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sebagai langkah awal di tahun yang baik ini, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) sebagai pionir industri kendaraan listrik komersil mewujudkan komitmen perusahaan dalam mempercepat adopsi kendaraan listrik di Indonesia, dan resmi akan memulai pembangunan fasilitas kendaraan listrik komersil berbasis Completely Knock Down (CKD) pertama di Indonesia melalui anak perusahaannya yang merupakan joint venture dengan Karoseri Tri Sakti yaitu PT VKTR Sakti Industries (VKTS), di Magelang, Jawa Tengah pada tanggal 27 Februari 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pembangunan fasilitas ini juga merupakan wujud kesungguhan VKTR untuk mendukung pemerintah dalam merealisasikan Peraturan Presiden No. 55\/2019 juncto Peraturan Presiden No. 79\/2023 tentang Percepatan Program Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik Berbasis Baterai (Battery Electric Vehicle) Untuk Transportasi Jalan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acara \u201cGroundbreaking Fasilitas Kendaraan Listrik Komersil Pertama di Indonesia\u201d ini dilakukan di fasilitas VKTS, dengan dukungan dari pemerintah nasional dan lokal seperti, Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia, Budi Karya; Direktur Jenderal Industri Logam, Mesin, Alat Transportasi dan Elektronika (ILMATE), Taufik Bawazier (Mewakili Menteri Perindustrian Republik Indonesia); PJ Gubernur Jawa Tengah, Nana Sudjana; PJ Bupati Magelang Sepyo Achanto;  dan jajaran otorita daerah lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPembangunan fasilitas VKTS merupakan salah satu realisasi kesungguhan dari Bakrie Group dalam perjalanan panjang grup usaha kami menuju rencana dekarbonisasi total tahun 2042 (100 tahun Bakrie Group). Kami optimis dengan masa depan industri keberlanjutan dan elektrifikasi Indonesia yang terus berkembang, dan terus konsisten dalam merealisasikan baik target internal grup usaha, maupun mendukung target pemerintah Indonesia menuju Net Zero Emissions tahun 2060\u201d, Anindya N. Pembangunan fasilitas produksi kendaraan yang dilakukan secara CKD ini diharapkan dapat sesuai dengan Peta Jalan Industri KBL Berbasis Baterai Nasional dan Target Minimum Capaian TKDN untuk bus & truk berbasis CKD\u201d, Taufiek Bawazier, Direktur Jenderal Industri Logam, Mesin, Alat Transportasi, dan Elektronika Kementerian Perindustrian, mewakili Menteri Perindustrian Republik Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan dibangunnya fasilitas VKTS, perusahaan berharap akan memberikan kontribusi untuk industri EV di Indonesia, yakni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"   type=\"a\"><li>Lapangan Kerja Hijau: Menciptakan setidaknya 100 lapangan pekerjaan hijau (green jobs creation) pada akhir tahun 2024.<\/li><li>Mendukung pemerintah dalam realisasi Target Minimum Capaian TKDN: dengan penerapan basis CKD, fasilitas VKTS akan memenuhi TKDN minimal 40% yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah.<\/li><li>Sentral-hub untuk proses transfer teknologi dan penelitian & pengembangan (litbang): Fasilitas VKTS akan menjadi sentral-hub untuk proses transfer teknologi EV di Indonesia dan menjadi fasilitas lokal resmi untuk perakitan merk EV terbesar di dunia Build Your Dream (BYD).<\/li><li>VKTS melakukan sinergi dengan menggandeng perusahaan lokal Bakrie Construction, dan memanfaatkan teknologi, pengetahuan dan pengalaman dari mitra perusahaan enjinering  terbaik di dunia; Automotive Engineering Corp (AE Corp) yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan di dalam Sinomach Group; perusahaan yang masuk dalam Global Fortune 500 dunia, dan memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 60 tahun dalam pengembangan fasilitas global ternama di dunia.<\/li><li>Menggandeng institusi akademi lokal: Dalam proses transfer teknologi dan  litbang VKTS juga memastikan bahwa institusi akademi lokal seperti PENS, UNS, ITB terlibat. VKTS berkomitmen untuk akan terus merangkul institusi lokal dalam proses transfer pengetahuan, litbang, sehingga menghasilkan teknologi terbaik untuk mendampingi Pemerintah Indonesia mempersiapkan Indonesia memasuki fase 100% elektrifikasi.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam membangun fasilitas VKTS, kurang lebih Rp300.000.000.000 diinvestasikan oleh gabungan VKTR dan Karoseri Tri Sakti. Jumlah yang diinvestasikan VKTR untuk fasilitas ini sebesar Rp200.000.000.000 untuk pembangunan dan pengembangan teknologi, sementara Karoseri Tri Sakti memberikan investasi berupa tanah dan bangunan yang sudah ada dengan valuasi kurang lebih Rp100.000.000.000. Collaborating with local academic institutions: In the technology transfer and R&amp;D process, VKTS also ensures that local academic institutions such as PENS, UNS, ITB are involved. VKTS is committed to continuing to embrace local institutions in the process of knowledge transfer, R&amp;D, so as to produce the best technology to assist the Indonesian Government in preparing Indonesia to enter the 100% electrification phase. In building the VKTS facility, approximately IDR 300,000,000,000 was invested by a combination of VKTR and Karoseri Tri Sakti. The amount invested by VKTR for this facility is IDR 200,000,000,000 for construction and technology development, while Karoseri Tri Sakti provides investment in the form of land and existing buildings with a valuation of approximately IDR 100,000,000,000. The VKTS facility is targeted to have a production capacity of up to 3,000 units of combined buses and trucks every year, when the facility reaches a steady state.
