(\u201cBNBR\u201d) mencatatkan pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp 3,75 triliun di sepanjang tahun 2023. Raihan ini secara year on year naik sebesar Rp 132,79 miliar atau 3,66% dibanding periode sama di tahun 2022 sebesar Rp 3,63 triliun. BNBR juga menorehkan laba usaha sebesar Rp 348,31miliar di sepanjang tahun 2023. Angka ini naik sebesar Rp 116,38miliar atau 50,18% dibanding periode sama di tahun sebelumnya yang sebesar Rp 231,93 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCapaian ini merupakan hasil dari sinergi yang bagus di antara sejumlah proyek strategis unit-unit usaha, terutama di sektor manufaktur dan juga teknologi informasi,\u201d terang Direktur Utama & CEO PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk., Anindya Novyan Bakrie, usai menerbitkan laporan keuangan tahun buku 2023, di Jakarta, Kamis (14\/3\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendapatan bersih yang naik tersebut berasal dari kenaikan pendapatan PT Bakrie Metal Industries (BMI) Group sebesar Rp 49,3 miliar dan PT Multi Kontrol Nusantara (MKN) sebesar Rp 102,3 miliar. Selain itu, perseroan juga mencatatkan EBITDA sebesar Rp 446,04 miliar di tahun 2023. Hal ini naik sebesar Rp 121,51 miliar atau 37,44% dari angka di tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp 324,52 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lebih Ramping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Direktur Keuangan BNBR Roy Hendrajanto M. Sakti menambahkan, saat ini postur neraca Perseroan jauh lebih ramping dan sehat. Terutama dengan penyelesaian kewajiban derivatif kepada Glencore sebesar USD 854,7 juta atau setara Rp 13,1 triliun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan penyelesaian utang ini, rasio debt to equity Perseroan menjadi jauh lebih baik dan sehat dari Rp 12,08 triliun atau 10,44x di tahun sebelumnya, menjadi Rp 589,27 miliar atau 1,67x di tahun 2023. \u201cDengan demikian, kondisi neraca Perusahaan menjadi lebih ramping dan sehat sehingga diharapkan ke depan BNBR bisa melesat lebih cepat dari sebelumnya,\u201d kata Roy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bisnis Baru<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anak usaha Perseroan yang bergerak di industri kendaraan listrik PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (\u201cVKTR\u201d) di awal 2024 telah berhasil menjalin kerja sama strategis dengan membentuk perusahaan patungan atau joint venture dengan entitas Grup Salim, PT IMG Sejahtera Langgeng, anak usaha Indomobil Group untuk menggenjot adopsi kendaraan listrik (EV) di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, VKTR melalui perusahaan patungan bernama PT VKTR Sakti Industries (\u201cVKTS\u201d), di Magelang, Jawa Tengah, di awal 2024 juga telah mulai melakukan groundbreaking pembangunan fasilitas kendaraan listrik komersil berbasis Completely Knock Down (CKD) pertama di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VKTR juga telah menyelesaikan produksi 8 unit bus listrik merek BYD tipe D9 high floor yang digunakan oleh salah satu perusahaan kertas di Indonesia sebagai moda transportasi antar-jemput karyawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebih dari itu, BNBR juga tengah mempercepat pengembangan infrastruktur energi baru terbarukan, yang dikembangkan melalui anak usaha PT Bakrie Power, yakni PT Helio Synar Energi (Helio). Setelah berhasil mengembangkan fasilitas Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Atap, di pabrik PT Braja Mukti Cakra (BMC), Helio juga akan segera membangun PLTS Atap di pabrik-pabrik dan fasilitas operasional lainnya di lingkungan Grup Bakrie dengan kapasitas yang lebih besar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMelalui Helio, perusahaan secara khusus mengerjakan proyek pembangkit listrik EBT yang ramah lingkungan dan menjadi tren masa depan,\u201d kata Anin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BNBR juga merintis usaha baru melalui PT Modula Sustainability Indonesia (\u201cModula\u201d), yang berinvestasi di subsektor teknologi konstruksi pencetakan 3-dimensi (3DCP), berpatungan dengan COBOD International dari Denmark yang dimiliki perusahaan terkemuka dunia seperti GE (USA), Cemex (Belanda), Holcim (Swiss) dan Peri (Jerman). Modula menjadi pembuka bisnis baru bagi anak usaha BBI yang selama ini membidangi industri bahan bangunan dan memberikan alternatif dalam konstruksi bangunan dengan teknologi yang cepat, advanced dan ramah lingkungan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan dikembangkannya bisnis-bisnis baru ini, Perseroan membuktikan komitmennya untuk selalu meningkatkan kinerja, baik di industri yang selama ini ditekuni, maupun di bidang industri berkelanjutan (sustainable industry) dan energi hijau (green energy) yang kini tengah dikembangkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Raihan Unit Usaha<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di sepanjang tahun 2023, unit usaha BNBR telah berhasil meraih prestasi yang membanggakan. Anak perusahaan BNBR di industri pipa baja, PT Bakrie Pipe Industries (\u201cBPI\u201d), mampu membukukan pendapatan sebesar Rp 2,16 triliun, atau naik 4,9% dibanding revenue di periode sama tahun lalu yang sebesar Rp 2,06 triliun. Kenaikan pendapatan BPI mayoritas berasal dari order sektor Oil and Gas sebesar Rp 422,7 miliar, dan General Market sebesar Rp17,9 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure (BIIN) mencatatkan penjualan sebesar Rp 410 miliar, atau naik 33,3% dibanding periode sama di tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp 307 miliar. Kenaikan ini berasal dari pendapatan PT Multi Kontrol Nusantara (\u201cMKN\u201d) atas sejumlah proyek yang dijalankan Perseroan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapun pendapatan anak usaha BNBR di industri komponen otomotif, PT Bakrie Autoparts (\u201cBA\u201d) Group, naik 12%, dari Rp934,8 miliar di tahun sebelumnya menjadi Rp 1,05 triliun di tahun 2023. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya kenaikan permintaan dari Customer utama pasar otomotif baik OEM maupun OES (Hino, Mitsubishi, Isuzu) di tahun 2023, terutama terkait adanya proyek baru pasca Covid-19 dan adanya peralihan teknologi kendaraan dari EURO 2 menjadi EURO 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PT Bakrie &amp; Brothers Tbk. Apart from that, the company also recorded EBITDA of IDR 446.04 billion in 2023. This is an increase of IDR 121.51 billion or 37.44% from the previous year&#8217;s figure of IDR 324.52 billion. Slimmer BNBR Finance Director Roy Hendrajanto M. Sakti added that currently the Company&#8217;s balance sheet is much slimmer and healthier. Especially with the settlement of derivative obligations to Glencore amounting to USD 854.7 million or equivalent to IDR 13.1 trillion. With this debt settlement, the Company&#8217;s debt to equity ratio will be much better and healthier from IDR 12.08 trillion or 10.44x in the previous year, to IDR 589.27 billion or 1.67x in 2023. &#8220;Thus, the balance sheet condition &#8220;The company has become leaner and healthier, so it is hoped that in the future BNBR can grow faster than before,&#8221; said Roy. New Business The Company&#8217;s subsidiary operating in the electric vehicle industry is PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (\u201cVKTR\u201d) in early 2024 has succeeded in establishing strategic cooperation by forming a joint venture with the Salim Group entity, PT IMG Sejahtera Langgeng, a subsidiary of the Indomobil Group to boost the adoption of electric vehicles (EV) in Indonesia. Apart from that, VKTR, through a joint venture company called PT VKTR Sakti Industries (\u201cVKTS\u201d), in Magelang, Central Java, in early 2024 has also started groundbreaking the construction of the first Completely Knock Down (CKD) based commercial electric vehicle facility in Indonesia. VKTR has also completed the production of 8 units of BYD brand electric buses type D9 high floor which are used by one of the paper companies in Indonesia as a mode of employee pick-up and drop-off transportation. Moreover, BNBR is also accelerating the development of new renewable energy infrastructure, which is being developed through its subsidiary PT Bakrie Power, namely PT Helio Synar Energi (Helio). After successfully developing Rooftop Solar Power Generation (PLTS) facilities at the PT Braja Mukti Cakra (BMC) factory, Helio will also soon build Rooftop PLTS in factories and other operational facilities within the Bakrie Group with a larger capacity. &#8220;Through Helio, the company is specifically working on renewable energy generation projects that are environmentally friendly and become a future trend,&#8221; said Anin. BNBR is also pioneering a new business through PT Modula Sustainability Indonesia (\u201cModula\u201d), which invests in the 3-dimensional printing (3DCP) construction technology subsector, in a joint venture with COBOD International from Denmark which is owned by world leading companies such as GE (USA), Cemex (Netherland ), Holcim (Switzerland) and Peri (Germany). Modula is a new business opener for BBI&#8217;s subsidiary which has been involved in the building materials industry and provides alternatives in building construction with fast, advanced and environmentally friendly technology. By developing these new businesses, the Company proves its commitment to always improving performance, both in the industries it has been involved in, as well as in the fields of sustainable industry and green energy which are currently being developed. Business Unit Achievement Throughout 2023, the BNBR business unit has succeeded in achieving proud achievements. BNBR&#8217;s subsidiary in the steel pipe industry, PT Bakrie Pipe Industries (&#8220;BPI&#8221;), was able to record revenue of IDR 2.16 trillion, or an increase of 4.9% compared to revenue in the same period last year which was IDR 2.06 trillion. The majority of BPI&#8217;s increase in revenue came from orders from the Oil and Gas sector amounting to IDR 422.7 billion, and General Market orders amounting to IDR 17.9 billion. BIIN recorded sales of IDR 410 billion, or an increase of 33.3% compared to the same period in the previous year of IDR 307 billion. This increase came from PT Multi Control Nusantara (&#8220;MKN&#8221;) income from a number of projects carried out by the Company. Meanwhile, the revenue of BNBR&#8217;s subsidiary in the automotive components industry, PT Bakrie Autoparts (&#8220;BA&#8221;) Group, rose 12%, from IDR 934.8 billion in the previous year to IDR 1.05 trillion in 2023.
