Anindya memaparkan, saat ini Perseroan melihat banyak kemungkinan untuk melakukan percepatan laju transisi Perseroan menuju sustainable business tersebut. Di BNBR, upaya ini antara lain terlihat dari terus berkembangnya PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (\u201cVKTR\u201d) unit usaha di bidang elektrifikasi transportasi, PT Helio Synar Energi (\u201cHelio\u201d) unit usaha di bidang energi baru terbarukan, dan PT Modula Sustainability Indonesia (\u201cModula\u201d) yang berinvestasi dalam teknologi 3-D printing terbaru dan ramah lingkungan, di bidang konstruksi bangunan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kinerja Keuangan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Transisi menuju sustainable business Perseroan ini semakin terpacu oleh kinerja positif pada kuartal III-2023 ini. Direktur Keuangan Roy Hendrajanto M. Sakti mengatakan, BNBR mencatatkan kenaikan net icome sebesar 25% secara tahunan atau year-on-year (YoY) dari net income di periode sama di tahun sebelumnya. Perseroan juga berhasil mencetak pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp3,079 triliun, naik 32% dibanding periode yang sama di tahun sebelumnya. EBITDA juga tercatat mengalami kenaikan sebesar 81%, dari periode sebelumnya sebesar Rp 152 miliar, menjadi Rp 274 miliar di kuartal III 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cCapaian kenaikan pendapatan bersih ini ditopang oleh catatan positif pendapatan sejumlah unit usaha Perseroan,\u201d terang Roy, seraya menambahkan bahwa aset Perseroan mengalami kenaikan secara signifikan dari Rp 17,46 triliun di periode sebelumnya menjadi Rp 20,10 triliun di kuartal III 2023. Sedangkan ekuitas juga meningkat dari sebelumnya sebesar Rp 1,53 triliun, menjadi Rp 2,36 triliun pada kuartal III 2023 karena laba bersih Perseroan dan agio saham VKTR saat IPO dan laba tahun berjalan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Roy menerangkan, Perseroan akan mampu secara konsisten melakukan berbagai terobosan untuk memperbaiki posisi keuangan, terutama dengan menyelesaikan proses restrukturisasi utang serta menjalankan program efisiensi di tingkat operasional anak usaha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cUpaya restrukturisasi utang yang sudah dijalankan sejak beberapa tahun belakangan telah membuahkan hasil yang baik. The company also managed to record net income of IDR 3.079 trillion, an increase of 32% compared to the same period in the previous year. EBITDA was also recorded as having increased by 81%, from the previous period of IDR 152 billion, to IDR 274 billion in the third quarter of 2023. “This achievement of increasing net income was supported by positive records in income from a number of the Company’s business units,” explained Roy, adding that the Company’s assets had increased significantly from IDR 17.46 trillion in the previous period to IDR 20.10 trillion in the third quarter of 2023.
