Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi (Kemenko Marves) mengungkapkan akan memberikan serangkaian insentif kendaraan listrik pada 2024. Hal itu dilakukan untuk mendorong pengembangan ekosistem industri Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik Berbasis Baterai (KBLBB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"Kita lagi mempersiapkan suatu insentif di mana ke depan, mudah-mudahan tahun depan ini mungkin Januari (atau) Februari akan datanglah model-model yang lebih baik. Jadi kita akan do something lah, ke depan kita perlu support,\" kata Deputi Bidang Koordinasi Infrastruktur dan Transportasi Kemenko Marves, Rachmat Kaimuddin dalam acara Dekarbonisasi Sektor Transportasi yang dilihat secara online, Selasa (7\/11\/2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rachmat mengakui harga kendaraan listrik cenderung lebih mahal dibandingkan kendaraan konvensional karena keunggulannya berbasis baterai. Untuk itu, perlu dorongan-dorongan agar masyarakat tergerak untuk mengadopsi kendaraan listrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"Faktanya mobil dan motor listrik kalau nggak ada dorongan, harganya lebih mahal untuk kelas yang sama karena baterai memang harganya lebih mahal. Jadi harganya lebih mahal, pilihannya nggak banyak, ini lah yang perlu kita intervensi,\" tuturnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sejauh ini pemerintah telah mengeluarkan berbagai program bantuan, di mana untuk pembelian motor listrik baru diberikan bantuan sebesar Rp 7 juta untuk seluruh masyarakat berusia minimal 17 tahun dengan syarat cukup menunjukkan KTP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Subsidi pembelian motor listrik itu akan berlanjut di 2024, namun kuota yang diberikan hanya 50 ribu unit. Jumlah itu turun dari target tahun ini yang mencapai 200 ribu unit dengan total anggaran Rp 1,4 triliun dari Kementerian Perindustrian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kemudian untuk mobil listrik dan bus listrik diberikan insentif berupa pengurangan PPN dari 11% menjadi 1%, pembebasan PPnBM menjadi 0%, hingga keistimewaan bebas ganjil genap. Syaratnya yaitu tingkat komponen dalam negeri (TKDN) minimal 40%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dengan begini diharapkan jumlah pengguna kendaraan listrik akan semakin banyak. Pemerintah menargetkan di 2030 ada sebanyak 2 juta mobil listrik dan 13 juta motor listrik wara-wiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this reason, encouragement is needed so that people are moved to adopt electric vehicles. “The fact is that if there is no encouragement, electric cars and motorbikes are more expensive for the same class because batteries are more expensive. So the price is more expensive, there are not many choices, this is what we need to intervene,” he said. So far the government has issued various assistance programs, where for the purchase of a new electric motorbike assistance of IDR 7 million is provided for all people aged at least 17 years provided they simply show their KTP. The subsidy for purchasing electric motorbikes will continue in 2024, but the quota given is only 50 thousand units.
