PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (\u201cPerseroan\u201d atau \u201cBNBR\u201d) mencatatkan kinerja keuangan positif pada kuartal III-2023. Perseroan berhasil mencetak pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp3,079 triliun, naik 31,77% dibanding periode yang sama di tahun sebelumnya. BNBR juga mencatatkan laba usaha sebesar Rp 228,33 miliar. Nilai tersebut tumbuh sebesar Rp140,14 miliar (158,92%) secara tahunan atau year-on-year (YoY) dari laba usaha di periode sama di tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp88,18 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Capaian kenaikan pendapatan bersih ini ditopang oleh catatan positif pendapatan sejumlah unit usaha Perseroan, antara lain PT Bakrie Metal Industries (BMI) Group sebesar Rp1,85 triliun, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (VKTR) Group sebesar Rp890,99 miliar dan PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure (BIIN) Group sebesar Rp328,27 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menutup kuartal III-2023 ini, Perseroan terus mengakselerasi pengembangan proyek strategis, antara lain di sektor elektrifikasi transportasi yang dikembangkan VKTR. BNBR juga tengah mempercepat ekspansi proyek-proyek di sektor energi baru dan terbarukan, seperti pembangunan PLTS Atap dan proyek-proyek green energy lainnya. \u201cSektor manufaktur memang masih menjadi penyumbang utama, di urutan kedua terdapat sektor otomotif di mana termasuk di dalamnya pendapatan dari penjualan bus listrik,\u201d jelas Anindya Bakrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kinerja Positif<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Direktur Keuangan BNBR Roy Hendrajanto M. Sakti mengatakan, pendapatan bersih Perseroan sebesar Rp3,079 triliun ini merupakan hasil kerja keras unit usaha di sepanjang kuartal III-2023. Di sektor otomotif, pendapatan VKTR secara konsolidasi meningkat 6,9%, berasal dari peningkatan revenue di PT Bakrie Autoparts (BA) Group sebesar 14,8%, dan penjualan bus listrik sebesar Rp99 miliar (sebanyak 22 unit). Di sektor infrastruktur, pendapatan BIIN naik 60%, berasal dari peningkatan pendapatan sejumlah proyek yang diperoleh oleh PT Multi Kontrol Nusantara (MKN) sebesar Rp328 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPendapatan terbesar berasal dari sektor manufaktur pipa baja, yaitu dari PT Bakrie Pipe Industries (BPI) sebesar Rp1,81 triliun, dan PT South East Asia Pipe Industries (SEAPI) sebesar Rp35,07 miliar dan PT Bakrie Construction (BCons) sebesar Rp8,04 miliar,\u201d ujar Roy Hendrajanto M. Akselerasi Kinerja Bisnis Baru<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Setelah resmi mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan menggeber ekspansi fasilitas pabrik perakitan bus dan truk listrik di Magelang, Jawa Tengah, VKTR juga tengah menjajaki kerja sama strategis dengan sejumlah perusahaan otomotif besar dunia untuk EV Mining Truck dan untuk EV truck. VKTR juga sedang melakukan proses kerja sama dengan dealer lokal untuk menyediakan fasilitas penjualan produk-produknya yang akan tersebar di sejumlah kota besar di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anindya Bakrie menjelaskan, VKTR melalui perusahaan patungan bernama PT VKTR Sakti Industries (VKTS), di Magelang, Jawa Tengah, telah mulai memproduksi sejumlah unit bus listrik secara Completely Knock-Down (CKD). Bus listrik merek BYD tipe D9 high floor yang kini tengah diproduksi ini nantinya akan digunakan sebanyak 9 unit oleh salah satu perusahaan kertas di Indonesia sebagai moda transportasi antar-jemput karyawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Selain itu, lanjut Anindya, BNBR juga tengah mengakselerasi pengembangan infrastruktur energi baru terbarukan, yang dikembangkan melalui anak usaha PT Bakrie Power, yakni PT Helio Synar Energi (Helio). Belum lama ini, Helio telah berhasil mengembangkan fasilitas Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Atap, di pabrik milik unit usaha Perseroan, yakni PT Braja Mukti Cakra (BMC). PLTS Atap dengan kapasitas sebesar 317.7 kWp (kilowatt-peak) ini mampu memproduksi energi listrik hingga 434 MWh (megawatt-hour) per tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSetelah BMC, Helio juga akan segera membangun PLTS Atap di pabrik-pabrik dan fasilitas operasional lainnya di lingkungan Grup Bakrie dengan kapasitas yang lebih besar. Kami merintis dan terus mengembangkan usaha di sektor infrastruktur energi baru dan terbarukan (EBT) melalui Helio yang secara khusus mengerjakan proyek pembangkit listrik EBT yang ramah lingkungan dan menjadi tren masa depan,\u201d kata Anin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BNBR juga merintis usaha baru melalui PT Modula Sustainability Indonesia (\u201cModula\u201d), yang berinvestasi di subsektor teknologi konstruksi pencetakan 3-dimensi (3DCP), berpatungan dengan COBOD International dari Denmark yang dimiliki perusahaan terkemuka dunia seperti GE (USA), Cemex (Belanda), Holcim (Swiss) dan Peri (Jerman). Modula menjadi pembuka bisnis baru bagi anak usaha BBI yang selama ini membidangi industri bahan bangunan dan memberikan alternatif dalam konstruksi bangunan dengan teknologi yang cepat, advanced dan ramah lingkungan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Capaian Unit Usaha<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Di sepanjang kuartal III-2023, sejumlah unit usaha BNBR berhasil membukukan prestasi menggembirakan. Unit usaha Perseroan di industri pipa baja, BPI, mampu mencatatkan pendapatan sebesar Rp1,81 triliun, atau naik 47,7% dibanding pendapatan di periode sama tahun lalu yang sebesar Rp1,23 triliun. Kenaikan pendapatan BPI mayoritas berasal dari order sektor Oil and Gas sebesar Rp529 miliar, dan General Market sebesar Rp58 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BIIN mencatatkan penjualan sebesar Rp328 miliar, atau naik 60% dibanding periode sama di tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp 204 miliar. Kenaikan ini berasal dari pendapatan MKN atas sejumlah proyek yang dijalankan Perseroan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sementara itu, pendapatan anak usaha di industri komponen otomotif, PT Bakrie Autoparts, naik 27%, dari Rp689,7 miliar di tahun sebelumnya menjadi Rp791,5miliar di kuartal III-2023. The company managed to record net income of IDR 3.079 trillion, an increase of 31.77% compared to the same period in the previous year. BNBR also recorded an operating profit of IDR 228.33 billion. In the automotive sector, VKTR’s consolidated revenue increased 6.9%, originating from an increase in revenue at PT Bakrie Autoparts (BA) Group of 14.8%, and sales of electric buses of IDR 99 billion (22 units). Accelerating New Business Performance After officially listing its shares on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and launching the expansion of its electric bus and truck assembly factory facilities in Magelang, Central Java, VKTR is also exploring strategic collaboration with a number of large automotive companies in the world for EV Mining Trucks and EV trucks. VKTR is also carrying out the process of collaborating with local dealers to provide sales facilities for its products which will be spread across a number of big cities in Indonesia. Anindya Bakrie explained that VKTR, through a joint venture company called PT VKTR Sakti Industries (VKTS), in Magelang, Central Java, has started producing a number of Completely Knock-Down (CKD) electric bus units. The BYD brand D9 high floor electric bus, which is currently being produced, will be used in 9 units by one of the paper companies in Indonesia as a mode of transportation for employees to pick up and drop off. Apart from that, continued Anindya, BNBR is also accelerating the development of new renewable energy infrastructure, which is being developed through a subsidiary of PT Bakrie Power, namely PT Helio Synar Energi (Helio). Recently, Helio has succeeded in developing a Rooftop Solar Power Generation (PLTS) facility at a factory owned by the Company’s business unit, namely PT Braja Mukti Cakra (BMC). Rooftop PLTS with a capacity of 317.7 kWp (kilowatt-peak) is capable of producing electrical energy of up to 434 MWh (megawatt-hour) per year. “After BMC, Helio will also immediately build Rooftop PLTS in factories and other operational facilities within the Bakrie Group with a larger capacity. We are pioneering and continuing to develop businesses in the new and renewable energy (EBT) infrastructure sector through Helio which is “specially working on renewable energy generation projects that are environmentally friendly and become a future trend,” said Anin.
