Pemerintah dalam hal ini Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) menyatakan bahwa payung hukum atas aturan main Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Atap sudah disepakati bersama dengan PT PLN (Persero).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) Kementerian ESDM, Dadan Kusdiana menyebutkan bahwa aturan PLTS berupa Peraturan Menteri (Permen) saat ini sudah sampai tahap finalisasi di Kementerian Hukum dan Ham RI (Kemenkumham).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"Kami sepakat dengan PLN, kita sampai finalisasi Permen PLTS Atap sekarang di Kumham untuk dilakukan harmonisasi,\" terang Dadan Kusdiana dalam acara \"11 Tahun Indonesia EBTKE Conex\", di ICE BSD, Rabu (12\/7\/2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kelak, jika aturan ini berjalan, maka target 3,6 Giga Watt (GW) PLTS Atap bisa diimplementasikan dari komersialisasi dan industri. \"Memang nanti akan ada sedikit tantangan, sesuai visi PLTS Atap untuk sendiri, jadi kalau produksi langsung pakai, kalau lebih nanti kirim PLN jadi pahala saja, nanti itu sebagai simpanan ga bisa diambil kembali. Apakah jelek atau bagus nanti saat menyusun kapasitasnya,\" tandas Dadan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sebelumnya, Direktur Aneka Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT) Kementerian ESDM Andriah Feby Misna mengatakan, nantinya masyarakat bisa memproduksi listrik melalui PLTS Atap, namun harus dikonsumsi sendiri sesuai dengan kebutuhan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feby menyebut bahwa pihaknya mendorong masyarakat, baik pribadi maupun industri, agar memasang pembangkit listrik sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Dengan demikian, nantinya listrik yang dihasilkan tersebut harus dikonsumsi sendiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
