PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) berhasil meraih pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp3,62 triliun di sepanjang tahun 2022. Secara year-on-year (yoy), angka ini tumbuh sebesar 52,16% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya, yang tercatat sebesar Rp2,38 triliun. Perusahaan juga membukukan laba usaha sebesar Rp231,9 miliar, atau naik Rp211,2 miliar (1.010,5%) dibanding tahun 2021 lalu yakni Rp20,7 miliar. Kabar baik itu terungkap dalam laporan keuangan perusahaan tahun buku 2022 yang terbit pada hari Jumat, 3 Maret 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cKinerja positif ini merupakan hasil dari sejumlah proyek strategis yang kami jalankan bersama unit-unit usaha kami. Sektor manufaktur adalah salah satu penyumbang utama, selain sektor otomotif yang di dalamnya termasuk pendapatan dari penjualan bus listrik oleh VKTR,\u201d kata Presiden Direktur dan CEO PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk, Anindya Novyan Bakrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kenaikan pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp1,24 triliun ini sebagian besar berasal dari peningkatan kinerja usaha sepanjang tahun 2022. Pada sektor otomotif, unit usaha baru PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas (VKTR) yang membidangi industri elektrifikasi mampu meraih pendapatan sebesar Rp147 miliar, sementara unit lain yaitu PT Bakrie Autoparts (BA) membukukan Rp154 miliar, PT Braja Mukti Cakra (BMC) sebesar Rp151 miliar dan PT Bina Usaha Mandiri Mizusawa (BUMM) Rp20 miliar. \u201cBidang manufaktur pipa baja menjadi kontributor utama peningkatan pendapatan kami tahun ini, yaitu dari PT Bakrie Pipe Industries (BPI) Rp994 miliar, dan PT South East Asia Pipe Industries (SEAPI) Rp76 miliar,\u201d ujar Direktur Keuangan, Roy Hendrajanto M. Ke depan, kinerja positif ini akan terus ditingkatkan mengingat perusahaan saat ini tengah serius menggarap sejumlah proyek, antara lain proyek bus listrik dan motor listrik yang secara khusus dikembangkan oleh PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas, proyek energi baru dan terbarukan (EBT) yang dikerjakan oleh PT Helio Synar, dan pengembangan industri teknologi konstruksi pencetakan 3-dimensi oleh PT Modula Tiga Dimensi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bisnis Baru<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Di awal 2023 ini, Perseroan melalui PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas (VKTR) akan terus memperluas product range-nya, selain kendaraan komersial bus listrik yang telah diluncurkan tahun lalu. Di samping itu, bersama PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta), VKTR juga akan meluncurkan 22 bus listrik baru setelah sebelumnya 30 unit telah beroperasi sejak awal 2022 lalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Selain mengembangkan bus dan sepeda motor listrik, BNBR Group bersama Envision Group dan Glencore juga serius melanjutkan rencana membangun kerja sama di bidang industri ramah lingkungan (net zero industrial park). Nantinya, para pihak bersama-sama akan mengeksplorasi pengembangan proyek-proyek EBT, termasuk memanfaatkan tenaga angin, surya, amonia hijau dan hidrogen hijau, berikut rangkaian penggunaan hilirnya; serta pengembangan sistem penyimpanan energi (energy storage system development).<\/p>\n\n\n\n BNBR Group juga tengah berupaya membangun elektrifikasi transportasi yang terintegrasi, serta ekosistem baterai EV di Indonesia. Jaringan tersebut akan terdiri atas baterai untuk EV, EV-Bus, EV-Car, EV-Motorcycle, EV-Infrastructure, dan daur ulang baterai. BNBR juga berencana membangun kapasitas rantai pasok baterai secara lengkap dari hulu hingga hilir, yang akan dijalankan dengan menerapkan protokol ESG yang ketat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Di bidang energi terbarukan, PT Helio Synar anak usaha PT Bakrie Power yang juga berada di bawah naungan BNBR, saat ini tengah mempersiapkan pemasangan panel surya di PT Braja Mukti Cakra (BMC) dan PT Bakrie Pipe Industries (BPI). Proyek pemasangan panel surya ini merupakan komitmen BNBR untuk melanjutkan transisi energi menuju green industry di lingkungan BNBR Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sementara melalui PT Modula Tiga Dimensi (Modula), perusahaan melakukan investasi di subsektor teknologi konstruksi pencetakan 3-dimensi (3DCP), berpatungan dengan COBOD International, yang dikenal sebagai salah satu pelaku industri 3DCP terkemuka di dunia dan telah mendisrupsi teknologi industri konstruksi global. PT Bakrie Pipe Industries (BPI) contohnya, mampu menorehkan pendapatan sebesar Rp2,06 triliun, atau naik 93,1% dibanding pendapatan tahun lalu yang sebesar Rp1,06 triliun. Pendapatan BPI melonjak seiring kenaikan permintaan dari general market sebesar Rp578,5 miliar, dari Rp706 miliar di tahun lalu menjadi Rp1,28 triliun di tahun ini dan juga diikuti kenaikan order dari sektor migas sebesar Rp415,5 miliar (Rp361,5 miliar di tahun lalu menjadi Rp777 miliar tahun ini).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pendapatan PT Bakrie Autoparts (BA) Group naik 38% dari Rp679 miliar di tahun sebelumnya menjadi Rp934,7 miliar di tahun ini. Kenaikan ini berasal dari wholesale ATPM khususnya Mitsubishi & Hino maupun pasar suku cadang sehubungan dengan stimulus kebijakan PPNBM 0% hingga September 2022.
