PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (\"BNBR\") dan Envision Group (\"Envision\") telah menandatangani Head of Agreement (HoA) pada hari ini, Minggu (13\/11), untuk melanjutkan rencana kedua perusahaan membangun kerja sama dibidang industri ramah lingkungan. Penandatanganan ini dilakukan oleh Presiden Direktur & CEO BNBR, Anindya N. Bakrie dan Envision Founder & CEO, Lei Zhang, dan diadakan di Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia di sela-sela rangkaian acara KTT G20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kedua pihak bermaksud menjajaki prospek pengembangan teknologi industri Net Zero, dan berpotensi untuk membangun Net Zero Industrial Park yang pertama di Indonesia dan akan berlokasi di wilayah Sulawesi Tengah. Acara tersebut disaksikan secara langsung oleh Menteri Investasi dan Kepala Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM), Bahlil Lahadalia dan Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah Indonesia, H. Rusdy Mastura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Setelah penandatanganan, Anindya Bakrie menyatakan bahwa perjanjian tersebut memungkinkan kedua perusahaan untuk bersama-sama mengeksplorasi pengembangan proyek-proyek energi terbarukan, termasuk yang memanfaatkan tenaga angin, surya, amonia hijau dan hidrogen hijau, berikut rangkaian penggunaan hilirnya; serta pengembangan sistem penyimpanan energi (energy storage system development). \u201cKami melihat kemungkinan pengembangan solusi digital Net Zero di Indonesia, dengan memanfaatkan sistem yang telah dibuat oleh pihak Envision Digital secara komprehensif\u201d, kata Anindya Bakrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seperti diketahui, melalui anak usaha rintisan VKTR, BNBR tengah berupaya membangun elektrifikasi transportasi yang terintegrasi, serta ekosistem baterai EV di Indonesia. Jaringan tersebut akan terdiri dari baterai untuk EV, EV-Bus, EV-Car, EV-Motorcycle, EV-Infrastructure, dan daur ulang baterai. BNBR juga berencana untuk membangun kapasitas rantai pasok baterai secara lengkap dari hulu hingga hilir, yang akan dijalankan dengan tetap menerapkan protokol ESG yang ketat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The signing was carried out by the President Director & CEO of BNBR, Anindya N. Bakrie and Envision Founder & CEO, Lei Zhang, and was held in Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia on the sidelines of the G20 Summit series of events. The two parties intend to explore the prospects for the development of Net Zero industrial technology, and the potential to build the first Net Zero Industrial Park in Indonesia which will be located in the Central Sulawesi region. The event was witnessed directly by the Minister of Investment and Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Bahlil Lahadalia and the Governor of Central Sulawesi Indonesia, H. Rusdy Mastura. Following the signing, Anindya Bakrie stated that the agreement enables the two companies to jointly explore the development of renewable energy projects, including those utilizing wind, solar, green ammonia and green hydrogen, as well as their range of downstream uses; as well as the development of energy storage systems (energy storage system development). “We see the possibility of developing a digital Net Zero solution in Indonesia, by comprehensively utilizing the system created by Envision Digital,” said Anindya Bakrie.
