PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas (VKTR), anak usaha PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) bersama PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) atau biasa disebut PT INKA, bersepakat untuk membangun aliansi strategis demi mewujudkan cita-cita membangun ekosistem transportasi berbasis listrik di Indonesia. Nota kesepahaman (MoU) antara kedua pihak ditandatangani oleh Direktur Utama PT INKA Budi Noviantoro dan Direktur Utama VKTR Gilarsi W. Setijono, di Madiun, Jawa Timur, hari ini Senin, 29\/8\/2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dirut PT INKA Budi Noviantoro menjelaskan, ada kemiripan platform dan tujuan dari PT INKA dan VKTR, dimana kedua pihak kini tengah berupaya menjadi pelopor dibangunnya ekosistem industri kendaraan listrik di Indonesia. Menurut Budi, hal itu tentu dapat disinergikan demi memperkuat sumberdaya yang dimiliki masing-masing pihak. \u201cKami ini punya rencana pengembangan industri yang saya yakin bisa saling membantu dan melengkapi. Kan, masing-masing jadi tidak perlu mengupayakan semuanya sendiri-sendiri. Kita kolaborasikan kapasitas dan kemampuan yang ada,\u201d kata Budi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Komisaris Utama VKTR Anindya Novyan Bakrie yang hadir menyaksikan langsung penandatanganan tersebut mengatakan, kerja sama strategis ini sejalan dengan strategi bisnis Grup Bakrie ke depan. \u201cSeperti pernah saya sampaikan sebelumnya, pengembangan bisnis kami ke depan akan banyak berhubungan dengan elektrifikasi industri dan green energy. Upaya hari ini menjadi bagian dari strategi itu, dan tentunya akan turut membantu meringankan langkah kami ke depan\u201d, ujar Anindya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ia pun menegaskan bahwa bentuk kerja sama public-private partnership (PPP) seperti yang dilakukan VKTR hari ini penting artinya bagi proses percepatan terciptanya ekosistem industri elektrifikasi di tanah air. \u201cIni menjadi tugas kita bersama untuk membangun dan memiliki kemandirian teknologi yang lengkap dari hulu hingga ke hilir, berskala nasional dan berkualitas global,\u201d tegas Anindya lagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Direktur Utama VKTR Gilarsi W. Setijono mengemukakan, kerja sama ini bertujuan menjajaki pembuatan dan pengembangan komponen untuk berbagai produk otomotif khususnya kendaraan listrik secara lokal. \u201cKami tentu ingin penyerapan TKDN produk bus listrik yang kami kembangkan ini dapat meningkat secara cepat,\u201d jelasnya. Ia pun menambahkan bahwa PT INKA nantinya akan memproduksi unit bus serta menyediakan fasilitas produksi dan tenaga ahli yang dimilikinya. \u201cPT INKA jelas memiliki pengalaman manufaktur yang panjang dan mumpuni. Kami sendiri memiliki kapasitas yang kuat dalam industri komponen otomotif dan technical know-how dari mitra global kami selaku pembuat komponen kendaraan listrik. Semua ini tentu dapat kami arahkan bersama untuk dapat mendukung pengembangan teknologi kendaraan listrik di Indonesia,\u201d terang Gilarsi lagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PT INKA adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur kereta api terintegrasi pertama di Asia Tenggara. PT INKA belakangan mengumumkan tengah mengembangkan bus listrik dengan kemampuan produksi mencapai hingga 150 unit. Selain itu, Kemenristekdikti menugaskan konsorsium Perguran Tinggi Negeri (PTN) dan PT INKA untuk memproduksi bus listrik yang akan digunakan untuk KTT G20, November 2022 di Bali. Bus yang berjuluk Bus Listrik Merah Putih (BLMP) itu mampu menyerap tingkat komponen dalam negeri (TKDN) lebih dari 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sementara itu, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas adalah startup di bidang manufaktur elektrifikasi transportasi dan ekosistem telematika. Perusahaan ini telah menandatangani kerja sama strategis dengan sejumlah pihak, di antaranya produsen kendaraan listrik terkemuka dunia BYD Auto, produsen baterai ramah lingkungan asal Inggris BritishVolt, perusahaan karoseri Tri Sakti, perusahaan teknologi heavy mobility dari Inggris Equipmake, Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya (PENS), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) dan beberapa lainnya. PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas (VKTR), a subsidiary of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) together with PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) or commonly called PT INKA, agreed to build a strategic alliance to realize the goal of building an electricity-based transportation ecosystem in Indonesia. The memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the two parties was signed by PT INKA President Director Budi Noviantoro and VKTR President Director Gilarsi W. Setijono, in Madiun, East Java, today Monday, 08\/29\/2022. President Director of PT INKA Budi Noviantoro explained that there are similarities in the platforms and goals of PT INKA and VKTR, where both parties are now trying to become pioneers in the development of the electric vehicle industry ecosystem in Indonesia. According to Budi, this can certainly be synergized in order to strengthen the resources owned by each party. \u201cWe have an industrial development plan which I believe can help and complement each other. Right, so each one doesn’t need to try everything on their own. We collaborate with existing capacities and capabilities,” said Budi. President Commissioner of VKTR Anindya Novyan Bakrie, who was present to witness the signing, said that this strategic cooperation is in line with the Bakrie Group’s business strategy going forward. \u201cAs I have said before, our future business development will have a lot to do with industrial electrification and green energy. Today’s efforts are part of that strategy, and of course it will help ease our steps going forward,\u201d said Anindya. He also emphasized that the form of public-private partnership (PPP) as carried out by VKTR today is important for the process of accelerating the creation of an electrification industrial ecosystem in the country. “It is our collective duty to build and have complete technological independence from upstream to downstream, on a national scale and with global quality,” said Anindya again. President Director of VKTR, Gilarsi W. Setijono, said that this collaboration aims to explore the manufacture and development of components for various automotive products, especially electric vehicles locally. “We certainly want the absorption of the TKDN of the electric bus products that we have developed to increase rapidly,” he explained. He also added that PT INKA will later produce bus units and provide production facilities and its experts. \u201cPT INKA clearly has a long and qualified manufacturing experience. We ourselves have a strong capacity in the automotive component industry and technical know-how from our global partners as electric vehicle component makers. We can certainly direct all of this together to be able to support the development of electric vehicle technology in Indonesia,” explained Gilarsi again. PT INKA is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is engaged in manufacturing the first integrated train in Southeast Asia. PT INKA recently announced that it is developing an electric bus with a production capacity of up to 150 units. In addition, the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education has assigned a consortium of State Higher Education (PTN) and PT INKA to produce electric buses that will be used for the G20 Summit, November 2022 in Bali. The bus, nicknamed the Red and White Electric Bus (BLMP), is able to absorb more than 50% of the domestic component level (TKDN). Meanwhile, PT VKTR Mobilitas Technology is a startup in the field of transportation electrification manufacturing and telematics ecosystem. The company has signed strategic partnerships with a number of parties, including the world’s leading electric vehicle manufacturer BYD Auto, British environmentally friendly battery manufacturer BritishVolt, Tri Sakti car body company, British heavy mobility technology company Equipmake, Surabaya State Electronics Polytechnic (PENS), Eleven March University (UNS) and several others.
