PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (\u201cPerseroan\u201d atau \u201cBNBR\u201d) berhasil menorehkan kinerja keuangan yang positif sepanjang 2021 lalu setelah di tahun sebelumnya mencatatkan hasil yang kurang menggembirakan. Direktur Utama dan CEO BNBR, Anindya N. Bakrie, menyatakan bahwa prestasi ini diraih melalui upaya yang tidak mudah. \u201cKami bersyukur kerja keras dan langkah-langkah efisiensi yang telah dijalankan dapat berdampak positif. Kami yakin ini akan terus berlanjut, seiring dengan bergulirnya sejumlah proyek strategis yang kini tengah kami kerjakan\u201d, demikian ia menjelaskan pada saat Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) BNBR diselenggarakan, Kamis (21\/07), di Jakarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dengan semakin membaiknya kinerja keuangan, langkah BNBR kini semakin ringan untuk berfokus menekuni sustainable business, khususnya di bidang industri energi baru dan terbarukan atau green energy dan elektrifikasi transportasi. Kedua bidang usaha yang kini tengah dikembangkan itu merupakan bagian dari komitmen Perseroan dalam mendukung target net zero emission (NZE) Indonesia, atau bebas emisi pada 2060, sekaligus menjadi salah satu target Perseroan untuk menjadi perusahaan bebas emisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BNBR berhasil mencatatkan kinerja keuangan positif dengan membukukan laba bersih sebesar lebih dari Rp 98 miliar pada tahun 2021, membalikkan posisi tahun sebelumnya yang mengalami rugi bersih sebesar Rp 930 miliar. Kinerja positif ini sebagian terjadi karena efisiensi operasional di entitas anak perusahaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meski pendapatan bersih mengalami penurunan sebesar 2,9 persen, namun Perseroan berhasil menurunkan harga pokok penjualan (HPP) sebesar 11 persen yang menyebabkan laba kotor Perseroan naik 70 persen menjadi sebesar Rp 418 miliar di tahun 2021, dari posisi di tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp 245,9 miliar. Beban usaha pun turun sebesar 25 persen sehingga berhasil mencatatkan laba usaha sebesar Rp 24,2 miliar dibanding tahun sebelumnya yang mengalami rugi usaha sebesar Rp. 279,1 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Penguatan Manajemen Perseroan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPS-T) BNBR 2022 juga telah menyetujui rencana Perseroan mengangkat Armansyah Yamin sebagai Komisaris Utama menggantikan Jenderal Polisi (Purn) Drs. Sutanto, serta mengangkat Raniwati Malik sebagai Komisaris Independen. Pada jajaran Direksi, Perseroan juga menunjuk Kartini Sally sebagai Direktur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sebelum diangkat sebagai Komisaris Utama, Armansyah Yamin telah bergabung dalam jajaran pengurus Perseroan sebagai Komisaris. Sementara itu, Raniwati Malik yang dikenal sebagai ahli dibidang hukum perusahaan, sebelum ini menduduki berbagai posisi eksekutif dan komisaris di beberapa perusahaan besar. Adapun Kartini Sally pernah menjabat sebagai salah satu Direktur di PT Bank Mandiri Tbk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pivot Ke Bisnis Berkelanjutan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Melengkapi pemaparannya dalam laporan RUPS-T, Anindya Bakrie juga sempat menjelaskan tentang kelanjutan program-program sustainable business yang tengah digarap Perseroan. Melalui PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas (VKTR), Perseroan semakin fokus dengan proyek elektrifikasi transportasi dengan mengembangkan bus listrik untuk sarana transportasi publik. Di awal tahun ini, sebanyak 30 unit bus listrik dari BYD-VKTR telah beroperasi di Jakarta sebagai bagian dari armada operasional TransJakarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Saat ini, VKTR tengah memacu kerja sama dengan banyak pihak, sebagai salah satu strategi Perseroan untuk membangun ekosistem industri elektrifikasi yang lengkap dan kuat dari hulu hingga hilir. \u201cSelain dengan BYD Auto dan perusahaan karoseri lokal Tri Sakti, melalui VKTR, kami telah berinvestasi dan bekerjasama dengan perusahaan teknologi retrofit dan heavy mobility dari Inggris Equipmake dan produsen baterai ramah lingkungan BritishVolt, juga asal Inggris. Di sisi lain, VKTR juga baru-baru ini telah menandatangani kesepakatan dengan beberapa perusahaan pemasok bahan baku baterai, termasuk perusahaan daerah,\u201d jelas Anindya Bakrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pivoting Perseroan kepada sustainable business yang ditandai dengan pengembangan industri kendaraan listrik ini dipertegas dengan rencana Perseroan untuk melakukan Initial Public Offering (IPO) VKTR. \u201cInsyaAllah kami akan dapat melaksanakan IPO VKTR di akhir tahun 2022. Dengan langkah ini, diharapkan valuasi VKTR bisa tumbuh pesat dan potensi pengembangan perusahaan ini menjadi terbuka lebih luas lagi,\u201d kata Anindya lebih jauh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kinerja Unit Usaha Lain<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Di bidang energi terbarukan, bersama PT PLN (Persero), PT Helio Synar anak usaha PT Bakrie Power yang juga berada di bawah naungan BNBR, belum lama ini meresmikan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Hybrid di Desa Parak, Bontomanai, Selayar, Sulawesi Selatan. Helio Synar saat ini juga tengah menangani dua jenis proyek EBT berikutnya, yakni de-dieselisasi dan PLTS Atap (C&I Rooftop PV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bekerjasama dengan PT Waskita Toll Road (anak usaha PT Waskita Karya Tbk), Perseroan telah menyelesaikan proyek ruas tol Cimanggis\u2013Cibitung fase pertama pada akhir 2020, sepanjang 3,2 kilometer. Jalan tol ini telah mulai beroperasi pada tanggal 10 November 2020, diawali dengan Seksi I (Cimanggis \u2013 Jatikarya) dan terhubung dengan Jalan Tol Cinere\u2013Jagorawi dan Jalan Tol Jagorawi. Di enam bulan pertama 2022, jumlah rata-rata kendaraan yang melalui Seksi I mencapai 32.453 kendaraan per hari. Adapun Seksi IIA (Jatikarya \u2013 Cikeas) ditargetkan selesai September 2022. Sementara ruas Tol Cimanggis\u2013Cibitung ditargetkan selesai secara menyeluruh pada Juli 2023. Adapun untuk Seksi II pekerjaan pembebasan lahan telah mencapai 89,59 persen dan konstruksi mencapai 72 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Salah satu unit usaha BNBR lain juga mencetak prestasi menggembirakan. PT Bakrie Autoparts (BA) dan entitas anaknya yang memproduksi komponen otomotif, mampu meningkatkan pendapatan menjadi sebesar Rp 813,8 miliar, naik 90 persen dibanding tahun lalu di periode sama yang sebesar Rp 428,4 miliar. Pivot To Sustainable Business Completing his presentation in the AGM report, Anindya Bakrie also briefly explained about the continuation of sustainable business programs that the Company is currently working on. Through PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas (VKTR), the Company is increasingly focusing on transportation electrification projects by developing electric buses for public transportation. Earlier this year, as many as 30 electric buses from BYD-VKTR were operating in Jakarta as part of the TransJakarta operational fleet. Helio Synar is currently handling the next two types of EBT projects, namely de-dieselization and PLTS Rooftop (C&I Rooftop PV). In collaboration with PT Waskita Toll Road (a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya Tbk), the Company has completed the first phase of the Cimanggis\u2013Cibitung toll road project at the end of 2020, spanning 3.2 kilometers.
