PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) yang selama ini lebih banyak mengandalkan industrialisasi sebagai sumber pertumbuhannya, kini mulai fokus untuk mengembangkan sektor sustainable energy sebagai bagian dari upaya perseroan memasuki bisnis masa depan yang berkelanjutan (sustainable) dan ramah lingkungan. Komitmen perseroan tersebut juga selaras dengan target-target yang telah dicanangkan di dalam Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Demi mengakselerasi pertumbuhan, BNBR menerapkan strategi \u201cbuy, build, partner\u201d yang memberikan opsi pengembangan usaha melalui kemitraan strategis dengan pihak ketiga, selain opsi pengembangan secara mandiri dan opsi pengembangan usaha yang bersifat anorganik. Hal tersebut diungkap oleh Presiden Direktur PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk, Anindya Novyan Bakrie, dalam konferensi pers virtual yang diselenggarakan di Jakarta, Jumat (25\/06).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anin, sapaan akrab Anindya Bakrie mengatakan, saat ini perseroan tengah menekuni pengembangan industri kendaraan listrik (electric vehicle\/EV) khususnya bus listrik dan proyek-proyek energi baru terbarukan\/EBT (renewable energy), serta penjajakan beberapa bisnis berbasis teknologi yang dilakukan antara lain bersama-sama dengan perusahaan venture capital dan private equity, Quantum Venture Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bus Listrik<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Perseroan sejak 2018 telah menjalin kerja sama dengan BYD Auto untuk mengembangkan industri bus listrik di Indonesia. Perusahaan secara bersama-sama telah menyepakati 4 tahap pengembangan serta produksi bus listrik ke depan. \u201cTahap pertama, importasi dan unjuk produk. Tahap kedua, penetrasi pasar. Tahap ketiga, melakukan initial commercialization dan manufacturing. Dan Tahap keempat, full commercialization,\u201d ujar Anin. \u201cKami menyebut inisiatif kami di bus listrik ini sebagai \u2018project VEKTR\u2019\u201d, katanya lagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bus listrik Bakrie Autoparts-BYD adalah bus listrik pertama di Indonesia yang telah lulus seluruh ketentuan proses homologasi dan pemenuhan seluruh ketentuan legalitas dan teknis untuk diujicoba secara komersil oleh Transjakarta. Bus ini juga merupakan bus listrik pertama yang telah diujicoba secara komersial di jalur Transjakarta. \u201cDaerah-daerah lain diharapkan akan mengikuti segera,\u201d kata Dino Ryandi, CEO PT Bakrie Autoparts yang juga hadir dalam konferensi pers tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sebagai pemesanan pertama, Bakrie Autoparts akan memasok 30 unit bus listrik, 20 unit di antaranya telah siap digunakan oleh Transjakarta di Juni 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSpesifikasi dan kapasitas bus yang digunakan ini sama dengan bus saat ujicoba, dengan lantai rendah (lowdeck), dan direncanakan untuk penggunaan di rute-rute eksisting Transjakarta,\u201d jelas Dino lagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ke depan, Perseroan siap menyediakan 70 unit lainnya untuk memenuhi target Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta sebanyak 100 unit bus listrik di 2021. Unit yang akan diproduksi ini nantinya berupa Completely Knocked Down (CKD) yang akan dirakit oleh perusahaan perakitan (karoseri) lokal. Saat ini, Bakrie Autoparts telah menyelesaikan pengerjaan satu unit bus listrik di perusahaan karoseri tersebut dan siap menerima pesanan dari Transjakarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cKita juga sudah bekerjasama dengan produsen dan penyedia charger lokal, ini dilakukan demi mengedepankan peningkatan Tingkat Kandungan Dalam Negeri (TKDN). Produsen charging station ini juga sudah siap untuk produksi massal dan sudah memenuhi aturan perlistrikan yang berlaku,\u201d tutur Anindya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Anindya menambahkan, akhir tahun ini Perseroan berencana untuk melakukan ground breaking fasilitas kendaraan listrik di atas lahan seluas 5 hektar di Bakauheni, Lampung. Fasilitas assembly line ini konstruksinya direncanakan akan berlangsung selama 6 bulan dengan nilai investasi sekitar US$50 juta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Anin juga menyebutkan tentang besaran nilai working capital yang disiapkan untuk pengembangan proyek bus listrik ini. \u201cSekitar US$30 juta\u201d, ungkapnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n PLTS Selayar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Melalui anak usaha PT Bakrie Power, BNBR belum lama ini menyepakati kerja sama dengan PT PLN (Persero) dalam proyek pengadaan dan pemasangan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Hybrid di Desa Parak, Bontomanai, Selayar, Sulawesi Selatan. Penandatanganan kerjasama tersebut dilakukan bersama-sama dengan mitra kerja PT Dipa Jaya Sejahtera dan PT Syntek Otomasi Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Anindya Bakrie menyampaikan bahwa PT Bakrie Power memang menjadi unit usaha yang selama ini berfokus pada pengembangan sektor energi di Indonesia. \u201cSaat ini dan di masa depan, sumber energi yang ramah lingkungan semakin menjadi prioritas. Pemerintah pusat pun telah menargetkan bauran energi nasional sebesar 23% dari sumber EBT pada tahun 2025. Kami di Bakrie Group menyadari pentingnya membantu pemerintah untuk dapat mengakselerasi pencapaian target bauran energi ini,\u201d papar Anin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n PLTS Hybrid di Selayar ini direncanakan akan memiliki kapasitas sebesar 1,3 Mega Watt peak, dan diproyeksikan akan mulai beroperasi secara resmi pada Desember 2021. Pembangkit listrik ramah lingkungan ini akan menjadi sumber listrik tambahan bagi PLTD dengan total kapasitas terpasang 13 MW di pulau Selayar yang saat ini telah beroperasi, untuk dimanfaatkan oleh 27.892 pelanggan PLN di Kabupaten Selayar. PLN mengalokasikan dana investasi sebesar Rp.39 miliar untuk proyek ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \"Proyek-proyek dibawah PT Bakrie Power ini dikerjakan oleh PT Helio Synar Energi. Selain Selayar, dua jenis proyek EBT berikutnya yang akan kami fokuskan di antaranya adalah de-dieselisasi (de-dieselization) dan PLTS Atap (C&I Rooftop PV). PLTS Selayar Through its subsidiary PT Bakrie Power, BNBR recently agreed to cooperate with PT PLN (Persero) in the procurement and installation of a Hybrid Solar Power Plant (PLTS) in Parak Village, Bontomanai, Selayar, South Sulawesi. The signing of the cooperation was carried out together with partners PT Dipa Jaya Sejahtera and PT Syntek Otomasi Indonesia. Anindya Bakrie said that PT Bakrie Power is indeed a business unit that has been focusing on developing the energy sector in Indonesia. \u201cAt present and in the future, environmentally friendly energy sources are increasingly becoming a priority. The central government has also targeted the national energy mix of 23% from NRE sources by 2025.
