{"id":3959,"date":"2020-11-05T10:27:02","date_gmt":"2020-11-05T10:27:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bakrie-brothers.id\/dev\/?p=3959"},"modified":"2020-11-05T10:27:06","modified_gmt":"2020-11-05T10:27:06","slug":"bakrie-group-response-to-coronavirus-pandemic-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bakrie-brothers.com\/id\/news-and-media\/bakrie-group-response-to-coronavirus-pandemic-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Respon Grup Bakrie terhadap Pandemi Virus Corona (Covid-19)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Menanggapi perkembangan wabah coronavirus pandemi (COVID-19) di Indonesia belakangan ini, Grup Bakrie menyerukan upaya sistematis dan terintegrasi oleh seluruh anak perusahaannya untuk memitigasi dan meminimalkan penyebaran virus corona di lingkungan kerjanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sejalan dengan hal tersebut di atas, dengan ini kami mengeluarkan kebijakan yang harus dipatuhi oleh Pimpinan unit usaha Grup Bakrie:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Setiap perusahaan berkewajiban untuk mengimbau kepada seluruh karyawannya untuk menerapkan gaya hidup bersih dan sehat, menyediakan sarana dan prasarana sanitasi dan higienis untuk lingkungan pribadi dan kantor seperti ruang kerja, ruang pertemuan, ruang makan, tempat ibadah, dan lainnya.<\/li><li>Setiap perusahaan harus mengeluarkan kebijakan internal yang mengatur alur kerja sesuai dengan karakteristik industrinya masing-masing, yang menjamin efektivitas operasional perusahaan. Kebijakan internal harus mencakup:<ol><li>Kebijakan Bekerja dari Rumah (WFH) bagi karyawan berusia> 50 tahun, dan bagi karyawan yang perlu menggunakan angkutan umum sebagai moda transportasi, tanpa mengganggu efektivitas operasional perusahaan.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Direktur dan karyawan dengan satu level struktural di bawah direksi tetap bekerja seperti biasa.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Karyawan yang bekerja dari rumah tidak diperbolehkan meninggalkan rumah dan wajib melaporkan tugasnya setiap hari, sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan.<\/li><li>Bagi karyawan yang berhalangan keluar kerja karena kebutuhan target produksi, dan operasi kritis lainnya wajib mengikuti jadwal kerja yang diatur untuk menjaga efisiensi operasional.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Membatasi interaksi langsung antar karyawan dengan mengutamakan komunikasi jarak jauh melalui telepon, e-mail, dan aplikasi messaging (Whatsapp \/ Line \/ Telegram) atau memanfaatkan fasilitas tele-conference atau video-conference.<\/li><li>Pengaturan khusus jadwal kehadiran dan \/ atau rapat koordinasi khusus diberlakukan bagi pegawai yang bertanggung jawab atas pemenuhan kewajiban kepada otoritas keuangan dan pemerintahan (OJK, BEI, Pajak, dll) misalnya; pengajuan laporan pajak dan laporan keuangan.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Perusahaan di dalam Grup Bakrie harus segera mengeluarkan kebijakan internal yang mengatur lebih detail tentang WFH dan tindakan darurat terkait Covid-19 sesuai kebutuhan operasional masing-masing.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"   start=\"3\"><li>Pembatasan perjalanan:&nbsp;<ol><li>Menunda perjalanan bisnis ke luar kota dan ke luar negeri untuk menghindari kemungkinan berinteraksi dengan banyak orang di fasilitas umum yang berpotensi kontak fisik dan terpapar orang yang terinfeksi Covid-19.<\/li><li>Perjalanan darurat hanya boleh dilakukan dengan persetujuan dari manajemen atas perusahaan.<\/li><li>Melarang karyawan dan \/ atau keluarganya bepergian ke luar kota atau ke luar negeri untuk urusan pribadi atau liburan. Jika karyawan dan \/ atau keluarganya tetap memutuskan untuk melakukan perjalanan, perusahaan tidak menanggung segala risiko yang timbul dari keputusan tersebut. Ketentuan mengenai hal ini harus disesuaikan dengan kebijakan masing-masing perusahaan.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Kebijakan internal yang dikeluarkan oleh masing-masing perusahaan harus segera dituangkan dalam bentuk Internal Memorandum dan berlaku mulai Selasa, 17 Maret 2020 hingga pemberitahuan lebih lanjut dari pimpinan Perusahaan.<\/li><li>Divisi Human Capital & Corporate Communication dalam perusahaan Grup Bakrie harus terlibat aktif dalam mensosialisasikan kebijakan ini dan melakukan koordinasi secara berkala agar dapat berjalan efektif.<\/li><li>Divisi Teknologi Informasi (TI) menyiapkan fasilitas yang menjamin efektivitas kebijakan Working From Home (WFH) dan mengoptimalkan koordinasi \/ komunikasi antar karyawan serta antar departemen \/ divisi.<\/li><li>Jika pemerintah memberlakukan lockdown sosial massal, perusahaan diminta mematuhi ketentuan itu dan menyesuaikan pengelolaan operasional perusahaan.<\/li><li>Dalam keadaan darurat, karyawan harus menghubungi:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Rasuna Medical Center (RMC) Bakrie Tower 25th floor Jl. In line with the above, we hereby released these policies to be complied with by the leaders of Bakrie Group business units:&nbsp; Each company is obliged to issue an appeal to all employees to implement a clean and healthy lifestyle, provide sanitary and hygienic facilities and infrastructure for personal and office environments such as work spaces, meeting rooms, dining rooms, places of worship, and more. Each company should issue internal policies that regulate the flow of work according to the characteristics of their respective industries, which ensure effective company operations. The internal policy should includes: Work from Home (WFH) policy for employees at the age of &gt;50, and for employees who need to take public transportation as their mode of transportation, without hindering the company operational effectiveness.&nbsp; Directors and employees with one structural level under the directors continue to work as usual.&nbsp; Employees working from home are not allowed to leave their homes and are obligated to report their tasks daily, in accordance with the company policies. For employees who are unable to leave work due production target needs, and other critical operations are obligated to follow a regulated working schedule to&nbsp; maintain operational efficiency.&nbsp; Limiting direct interaction between employees by prioritizing remote communication through telephone, e-mail, and messaging applications (Whatsapp\/Line\/Telegram) or utilizing tele-conference or video-conference facilities. Special arrangement of attendance schedules and\/or special coordination meetings is applied for employees who are responsible for the fulfillment of obligations to the financial and government authorities (OJK, IDX, Taxes, etc.) for example; the filing of tax reports and financial reports.&nbsp; Companies within Bakrie Group should immediately issue an internal policy that regulates in more detail manner about WFH and emergency measures regarding Covid-19 according to their respective operational needs. Travel restrictions:&nbsp; Postpone business trips to outside of the city and abroad to avoid the possibility of interacting with large crowds in public facilities that have the potential for physical contact and exposure to people infected with Covid-19. Emergency trips should only take place with the approval from the upper management of the company. Prohibiting employees and\/or their families from traveling outside of the city or abroad for personal matters or vacation. If employees and\/or their families still decided to travel, the company does not bear any risks that arise from the decision. The provisions regarding this matter should be adjusted to the policies of the respective companies. Internal policies issued by each company should be immediately set forth in the form of Internal Memorandum and will take effect from Tuesday, March 17, 2020 until further notification from the Company&#8217;s leadership. The Human Capital &amp; Corporate Communication Division within Bakrie Group companies should be actively involved in socializing this policy and carry out regular coordination so that it can run effectively. The Information Technology (IT) Division is to prepare facilities that ensure the effectiveness of Working From Home (WFH) policy and to optimize coordination\/ communication between employees as well as between departments\/divisions. Should the government implement a mass social lockdown, the company is asked to comply with this stipulation and adjust the company\u2019s operational management.
