Menyambut 2018, PT Bakrie Construction (Bcon) melaksanakan kampanye Bulan Keamanan, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) selama 1 bulan dari tanggal 12 Januari hingga 12 Februari, di Bcon Yard, Desa Sumuranja, Kecamatan Pulo Ampel, Cilegon, Serang, Banten. Gerakan nasional kampanye budaya K3 ini dilaksanakan sesuai UU No. 1 tahun 1970 dan untuk mendorong tercapainya kemandirian Bangsa Indonesia berbudaya K3 tahun 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
GM Yard & Operation Holding PT Bakrie Construction, Pawenary, mengatakan dalam melakukan operasional bisnisnya, anak usaha PT Bakrie & Brothers ini sangat memperhatikan K3. Dengan program ini Bcon berharap agar karyawan selalu berhati-hati dalam bekerja, apalagi Bcon merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi alat-alat berat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThankfully, in January 2018 BCon collected 12,226,623 man-hours (MH) with the title Zero Accident from 2008 to 2018,\u201d Pawenary explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kampanye K3 ini, lanjut Pawenary, sangat penting bagi Bcon. Apalagi saat ini Bcon sedang mengerjakan 2 proyek besar, yakni project Husky CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) dan project BV (Back & Veatch).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Project HCML yang tengah dikerjakan yakni berupa pembuatan Wellhead Platform MBH & MDA dengan volume 6000 ton yang melibatkan 500 orang tenaga kerja dan direncanakan akan selesai bulan Mei 2018. Adapun project BV, yakni berupa pembuatan Steel Gantry dan Coal Silo dengan berat 400 ton tahap 1. Sementara untuk tahap 2 dan 3 volumenya berkisar 2000 ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPhase I of the project is planned to be completed in February 2018,\u201d said Pawenary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, Pawenary also conveyed the message of PT Bakrie Construction\u2019s CEO, Dody Taufik Wijaya, which contained that all employees provide support and participation so that all projects run smoothly, productively and efficiently. So the company will be better going forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the same occasion, Bcon also installed Suntony from PT Alter as Chief Security. Suntony is a retired military officer who previously served in the Bojonegara Koramil with the rank of Sergeant Major. In his remarks Pawenary hoped that the new Chief Security would be able to improve the discipline and development of Bcon\u2019s security personnel, most of whom were natives around the factory area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
General Manager Unit 1 Bcons, Yen Rizal, dalam pembukaan kampanye K3, berkesempatan membacakan sambutan dari Kementerian Tenaga Kerja. Sambutan tersebut, satu di antaranya menyinggung perlunya penerapan K3 di berbagai aspek pada dunia konstruksi, terutama dunia oil & gas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The national movement on K3 culture campaign was carried out according to Law no. 1 of 1970 and to encourage the achievement of the independence of the Indonesian people with K3 culture in 2020.
