PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (\u201cPerseroan\u201d atau \u201cBNBR\u201d) berhasil mencatatkan kinerja keuangan yang positif sepanjang 2019 lalu. Setelah di tahun-tahun sebelumnya belum membukukan profit, Perseroan di tahun 2019 berhasil meraih laba bersih di atas Rp 800 miliar, sementara di tahun 2018 lalu Perseroan masih mencatatkan kerugian Rp 1,25 triliun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dalam Laporan Keuangan Full-Year 2019, indikator finansial BNBR tahun 2019 memperlihatkan capaian yang lebih baik jika dibanding tahun 2018. \u201cDalam hal perolehan laba, Perseroan berhasil mencetak nilai positif yang signifikan di tahun 2019, setelah mencatat rugi Rp 1 triliun lebih pada tahun sebelumnya. Dari sisi revenue, perolehan yang diperoleh perusahaan pada 2019 terhitung stabil dibanding 2018. Selanjutnya, kami juga berhasil mencatat efisiensi pada COGS, beban operasional dan beban finansial lainnya. Tentu ini menggembirakan,\u201d ujar Direktur Utama BNBR, Anindya Novyan Bakrie di Jakarta, Senin (30\/3\/2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anindya yakin, BNBR akan terus mencatatkan kinerja yang lebih baik ke depan dengan dukungan sejumlah proyek strategis. Seperti diketahui, Perseroan saat ini tengah serius menggarap sejumlah proyek yang prospektif, seperti proyek pembangunan pembangkit listrik Tanjung Jati, proyek pipanisasi gas di Kalimantan, pembangunan jalan tol, dan proyek pengembangan bus listrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beberapa tahun belakangan ini BNBR juga konsisten melakukan berbagai upaya perbaikan posisi keuangan, utamanya dengan restrukturisasi utang serta menjalankan program cost reduction dan efisiensi besar-besaran di tingkat operasional anak-anak usaha. \u201cSecara bertahap, kinerja BNBR berhasil kita perbaiki dan tingkatkan. Beban utang secara konsisten terus berkurang dan nilai aset meningkat,\u201d papar Anindya Bakrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tercatat dalam Laporan Keuangan, beban keuangan dan bunga Perseroan memang berkurang dari Rp.350 miliar pada 2018 menjadi tinggal Rp.175 miliar pada tahun 2019. \u201cInilah salah satu hasil restrukturisasi utang Perseroan beberapa tahun terakhir,\u201d kata Anindya lagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2020, Tahun Tantangan<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lebih jauh, Anindya Bakrie menyatakan harapannya dalam menghadapi tahun 2020 ini. \u201cKami memperkirakan, 2020 ini menjadi tahun yang penuh tantangan, tidak hanya bagi Bakrie & Brothers, tetapi juga bagi dunia usaha pada umumnya. Berbagai faktor makro yang mempengaruhi dunia, berimbas juga kepada kita di Indonesia; mulai dari perang dagang, fluktuasi harga minyak, hingga nilai tukar Rupiah yang terus tertekan, serta ketidak-stabilan rantai pasokan dunia.\u201d Anindya juga menyinggung tentang dampak dari penyebaran virus corona terhadap dunia usaha, \u201cKita masih belum bisa menghitung secara pasti seberapa jauh akibat yang ditimbulkan. Yang jelas, operasional perusahaan-perusahaan kami memang saat ini sedikit terganggu, dan beberapa proyek berpotensi tertunda jadwalnya.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anindya lantas memaparkan tentang rencana perusahaan di tahun 2020, khususnya pada beberapa proyek strategis yang akan dijalankan perusahaan. Salah satunya adalah proyek pembangunan pembangkit listrik Tanjung Jati A di Jawa Barat sebesar 2x660 MW. \u201cBusiness Viability Guarantee Letter dari pemerintah Indonesia telah terbit belum lama ini, dan akan membantu proses financial closure dituntaskan tahun ini. Pembebasan tanah untuk proyek ini pun telah sepenuhnya rampung, lebih dari 200 Hektar,\u201d ujar Anindya. Selain itu, ia menyatakan bahwa kontraktor EPC untuk pekerjaan ini juga telah ditunjuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sebagai pemenang lelang hak khusus ruas transmisi gas bumi Kalimantan, Perseroan juga menyatakan siap melaksanakan pembangunan jaringan pipa gas yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah sebagai salah satu proyek strategis nasional tersebut. \u201cKami tengah bersiap menggarap pembangunan dari Bontang, Kalimantan Timur ke Takisung, Kalimantan Selatan dengan jarak sekitar 600 kilometer,\u201d kata Anindya Bakrie menjelaskan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Secara khusus, Anindya Bakrie juga menyinggung progres dari proyek bus listrik yang dikembangkan oleh anak perusahaan BNBR, PT Bakrie Autoparts. \u201cAlhamdulillah, bus listrik kami telah selesai melakukan serangkaian uji coba dan memenuhi semua persyaratan teknis dari TransJakarta. Langkah berikutnya, kita akan siapkan pengadaan beberapa unit bus baru untuk TransJakarta, dan menjalani tahap pilot project di Jakarta,\u201d lanjut Anindya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sementara itu, anak perusahaan BNBR yang mengerjakan proyek infrastruktur jalan tol, PT Cimanggis-Cibitung Tollways, kini juga tengah \u2018ngebut\u2019 menyelesaikan target yang dicanangkan pemerintah. \u201cFase pertama rencananya akan difungsikan sebelum lebaran 2020 ini, sepanjang 3.2 kilometer. Panjang jalan tol ini totalnya mencapai 26 kilometer, dan merupakan bagian dari proyek Jalan Tol Lingkar Luar Jakarta 2,\u201d jelas Anindya. Fase kedua proyek ini telah selesai lebih dari 70 persen, dan keseluruhan proyek diperkirakan dapat diselesaikan di tahun depan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anak-anak perusahaan BNBR yang lain juga mencetak prestasi bagus. PT Bakrie Pipe Industries (BPI), unit usaha Perseroan yang memproduksi pipa baja, mampu mencatatkan revenue sebesar Rp 1,8 triliun, meningkat 12 persen dibanding tahun 2018 yang sebesar Rp 1,6 triliun. BPI saat ini mendapatkan sejumlah proyek oil & gas baru, antara lain pengadaan pipa untuk Saka Energy di wilayah Jawa Timur dan proyek Pembangkit Jawa I (IPP Jawa I). Kedua proyek ini semakin memperkuat proyek multiyears pengadaan pipa untuk bisnis Pertamina di sektor downstream (hilir) yang sudah bergulir sejak akhir 2017 dan akan tuntas pada akhir 2020 ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
