PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk terus berbenah memoles kinerja bisnisnya. Perseroan berkomitmen melanjutkan upaya nyata memperbaiki posisi keuangan, dan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir secara nyata telah memperlihatkan hasil positif. Catatan keuntungan Perseroan memang masih bisa dioptimalkan, dan indikator finansial Perseroan selama beberapa tahun terakhir ini secara jelas menunjukkan perkembangan yang menjanjikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Baik Bobby Gafur Umar yang per hari ini, Kamis 16 Mei 2019, resmi melepas jabatan Direktur Utama Perseroan, maupun Anindya Novyan Bakrie yang mulai hari ini telah disetujui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Tahunan Perseroan untuk menjadi nakhoda baru BNBR, sepakat bahwa upaya perbaikan performa keuangan BNBR harus dipacu. \u201cSecara bertahap dan konsisten, kinerja BNBR berhasil kita perbaiki dan tingkatkan. Beban utang secara konsisten terus berkurang, nilai aset meningkat, kinerja unit usaha membaik. Ini akan menjadi bekal yang baik untuk Pak Anindya dan Pak Ardi Bakrie lanjutkan,\u201d kata Bobby Gafur Umar yang juga telah didapuk sebagai Komisaris Perseroan, kepada wartawan seusai acara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Menurut Bobby, sejak tahun 2013 BNBR terus-menerus melakukan berbagai upaya perbaikan posisi keuangan, antara lain dengan langkah-langkah restrukturisasi utang. Upaya ini terus berlanjut hingga 2018 lalu. Pilihan yang diambil antara lain adalah dengan melakukan konversi utang menjadi saham dan aksi reverse stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beberapa indikator finansial penting menunjukkan pertumbuhan. Pada tahun 2018 pendapatan bersih Perseroan meningkat sebesar 35,8 persen dibandingkan tahun 2017, menjadi Rp 3,34 triliun. Ini disebabkan antara lain membaiknya permintaan atas produk Perseroan di sektor manufaktur, khususnya produk pipa baja dan komponen otomotif. EBITDA Perseroan pada tahun 2018 tercatat positif sebesar Rp 353 miliar, dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yang tercatat negatif. Nilai seluruh aset juga meningkat jauh pada tahun 2018, karena penempatan investasi jangka pendek yang sumber dananya berasal dari pinjaman telah selesai direstrukturisasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pada akhir tahun 2018 Perseroan juga berhasil membukukan ekuitas positif seiring dengan selesainya proses restrukturisasi sebagian utang Perseroan melalui konversi utang dengan cara penerbitan Saham Baru dan\/atau OWK kepada kreditur dengan mekanisme PMTHMETD sesuai ketentuan dalam POJK No.38 dan peraturan Pencatatan BEI, serta peraturan perundang-undangan lainnya yang berlaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kinerja Unit Usaha<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unit usaha Perseroan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur, yakni masing-masing PT Bakrie Autoparts, PT Bakrie Building Industries dan PT Bakrie Metal Industries, terus melanjutkan pengembangan bisnis di lini usaha mereka. \u201cHasilnya juga menggembirakan,\u201d kata Bobby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PT Bakrie Autoparts yang menekuni industri komponen otomotif, akan melanjutkan upaya untuk ambil bagian dalam sub-sektor komponen kendaraan penumpang dan komponen pengganti. Sedangkan PT Bakrie Building Industries (industri bahan bangunan) akan melanjutkan ekspansi produk bernilai tambah tinggi sehingga dapat meluaskan pasar ke segmen industri penunjang infrastruktur, serta mempersiapkan proses peralihan bisnis dari manufaktur menjadi penyedia jasa. Sementara, dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi industri migas dan baja, PT Bakrie Metal Industries akan meningkatkan kapasitasnya di bidang EPC serta fokus menggarap peluang di segmen konstruksi non-migas serta pipa baja untuk penggunaan sektor non-migas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Di bidang infrastruktur, sejumlah unit usaha Perseroan juga sedang terlibat dalam beberapa proyek infrastruktur strategis. Perseroan melanjutkan pengembangan beberapa kontrak infrastruktur dan bekerjasama dengan beberapa mitra strategis untuk pembangunan proyek jaringan pipa gas Kalija Pipeline. Di sektor infrastruktur jalan tol, bekerjasama dengan PT Waskita Toll Road (anak usaha PT Waskita Karya Tbk), Perseroan tengah melanjutkan tahap akhir proyek jalan tol Cimanggis \u2013 Cibitung. \u201cKonstruksi tahap 1 sepanjang 3,17 km telah diselesaikan, sekarang dilanjutkan dengan pengadaan lahan di Kabupaten Bogor untuk tahap berikutnya,\u201d kata Bobby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Selain itu, dalam pembangunan PLTU Tanjung Jati A, Perseroan bekerjasama dengan YTL Jawa Energy BV (anak usaha YTL Corporation Bhd), dan tengah berproses untuk menetapkan kontraktor EPC serta menyelesaikan akuisisi lahan untuk switching station dan transmisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Serius Kembangkan Bus Listrik<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bobby dan Anindya Bakrie secara khusus menggarisbawahi upaya pengembangan industri kendaraan listrik yang telah dirintis oleh Perseroan sejak beberapa waktu lalu. \u201cIni bisnis masa depan yang sangat prospektif, dan saya optimis pengembangan industri bus listrik ini akan bisa diakselerasikan lebih cepat di bawah Pak Anin,\u201d kata Bobby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seperti diketahui, bekerjasama dengan pabrikan bus listrik terkemuka dari Tiongkok, BYD Auto Co.Ltd, PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk melalui anak perusahaan PT Bakrie Autoparts mulai terjun ke bisnis bus listrik. Sambil menunggu terbitnya regulasi terkait kendaraan listrik, BNBR bahkan telah mulai menjajaki kemungkinan kerja sama dengan sejumlah pemerintah daerah dan kota besar di Indonesia. Direncanakan, BNBR tidak sekadar memasok kendaraan, tapi juga menawarkan perancangan dan pengelolaan sistem transportasi massal terpadu untuk kota-kota di Indonesia. \u201cKami telah menjalin kerjasama dengan PT Trans Jakarta,\u201d kata Bobby seraya menjelaskan bahwa otoritas transportasi kota Jakarta tersebut akan segera melakukan uji coba operasional sejumlah bus listrik di rute-rute yang telah ada, dengan memanfaatkan sejumlah unit bus yang didatangkan oleh PT Bakrie Autoparts langsung dari pabrikannya, BYD Auto Co Ltd di Tiongkok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tentang Anindya Bakrie<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPS-T) BNBR telah menyetujui pengangkatan Anindya Novyan Bakrie sebagai Direktur Utama, menggantikan Bobby Gafur Umar yang memegang jabatan tersebut sejak 2002 silam. Rapat juga menyetujui penambahan satu orang direktur dalam jajaran pimpinan Perseroan, yakni Roy Hendrajanto M Sakti, dan pengangkatan Sutanto sebagai Komisaris Utama merangkap Komisaris Independen Perseroan. Roy Hendrajanto M Sakti merupakan praktisi di industri keuangan dan pasar modal dengan pengalaman lebih dari 20 tahun di bidang tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Melalui RUPS Luar Biasa pada April 2018 lalu, Anindya Bakrie telah ditunjuk sebagai Komisaris Utama BNBR bersamaan dengan pengangkatan Anindra Ardiansyah Bakrie sebagai Wakil Direktur Utama. \u201cSekarang, giliran Pak Anin didampingi Pak Ardi yang akan memimpin langsung Bakrie Brothers,\u201d kata Bobby Gafur Umar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anindya Novyan Bakrie lahir di Jakarta tahun 1974. Anin memperoleh gelar MBA dari Stanford University, California, Amerika Serikat pada tahun 2001.
