PT Trans Jakarta mulai lebih agresif dan terbuka memperkenalkan unit bus listrik di Jakarta. Dua unit bus listrik bahkan sudah dipajang di arena pameran Busworld South East Asia 2019, yang digelar di Kemayoran, Jakarta, mulai Rabu hingga Jumat mendatang. Para distributor bus listrik di Jakarta menyambut dengan antusias langkah perusahaan penyedia jasa angkutan Jakarta ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CEO PT Bakrie Autoparts, salah satu perusahaan distributor bus listrik di Indonesia, Dino A Ryandi sependapat dengan CEO PT Trans Jakarta, Agung Wicaksono yang mengatakan bahwa dipamerkannya dua konsep bus listrik di pameran tersebut sesungguhnya untuk memantapkan awareness masyarakat. \u201cKita memang sudah saatnya menunjukkan bahwa bus listrik itu ada, dan bus listrik itu kedepannya adalah sebuah keniscayaan dalam sistem transportasi nasional, terutama di kota-kota besar,\u201d kata Dino kepada wartawan di Jakarta, Rabu (20\/3) di lokasi pameran,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sebelumnya, CEO PT Trans Jakarta, Agung Wicaksono kepada wartawan menegaskan bahwa studi untuk layanan bus listrik di DKI Jakarta sudah dilakukan oleh Pemprov dan didukung oleh UN (PBB) dengan UN Environment Program. \u201cDari situ kita diminta untuk mengimplementasikan. Kami memang menyediakan dua penyuplai bus yang berbeda tapi kami juga terbuka untuk (pakai) semuanya. Yang penting memenuhi syarat dari Transjakarta. Yang paling penting, dia harus cocok dengan operasional Transjakarta. Nanti akan diuji di situ,\u201d kata Agung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dino mengatakan, bekerjasama dengan pabrikan bus listrik terkemuka dari Tiongkok, BYD Auto Co.Ltd, PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) melalui PT Bakrie Autoparts sebagai unit usahanya, mulai memasuki bisnis bus listrik sejak 2018 lalu. Sambil menunggu dikeluarkannya regulasi pemerintah yang lebih pasti mengenai kendaraan listrik, BNBR telah mulai menjajaki kemungkinan kerja sama dengan sejumlah pemerintah daerah dan kota besar di Indonesia. \u201cKami cukup optimis, sebab kami tidak sekedar menjual kendaraan bus, tapi juga menawarkan sistem transportasi untuk kota-kota di Indonesia,\u201d kata Dino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Siap Kerjasama Dengan Trans Jakarta<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Menurut dia, pihaknya sangat terbuka untuk menjalin kemitraan dengan institusi manapun, tak terkecuali PT Transportasi Jakarta. \u201cBakrie berkomitmen dan siap untuk mengikuti semua prosedur dan aturan yang berlaku untuk menjadi mitra strategis dari PT Transportasi Jakarta,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Selain itu, BNBR juga telah melakukan pendekatan kepada sejumlah pemerintah daerah seperti Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Pemerintah Kota Surabaya, dan Pemerintah Provinsi Bali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oktober 2018 lalu di Bali, dua unit bus listrik yang didatangkan langsung dari Tiongkok telah diuji coba, sekaligus difungsikan sebagai bus ulang-alik (shuttle bus) selama penyelenggaraan pertemuan akbar International Monetary Fund & World Bank pada tahun lalu. \u201cBanyak pihak yang tertarik dan memberikan perhatian khusus,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seperti telah pernah diberitakan sebelumnya, PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (\u201cBNBR\u201d atau \u201cPerseroan\u201d) dan BYD Auto Co.Ltd. secara bersama-sama telah menyepakati 4 tahap pengembangan serta produksi bus listrik dalam 4 tahun ke depan. Tahap pertama, importasi dan unjuk produk. BNBR akan mulai mengimpor sejumlah 20 unit untuk kebutuhan demonstrasi teknologi kepada pelbagai potential customer, pada akhir 2018 hingga akhir 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tahap kedua adalah penetrasi pasar. Awal 2019 Bakrie mulai melakukan penetrasi pasar, khususnya untuk bus dengan gross vehicle weight (GVW) di bawah 24 ton. Tahap ketiga, melakukan initial commercialization dan manufacturing. Pada pertengahan 2019 BNBR sudah akan mulai memasuki tahap initial commercialization. Pada awal 2020 Perseroan mulai memasuki tahap manufacturing dengan memproduksi sejumlah 100-200 unit dengan target tingkat kandungan dalam negeri (TKDN) sebanyak 40%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tahap keempat: full commercialization. Kemudian pada pertengahan 2020 Perseroan akan mulai full commercialization. Dan di awal 2022 Perseroan menargetkan sudah akan mulai memproduksi di atas 300 unit dengan tingkat kandungan dalam negeri (TKDN) sebesar 55%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
