Laporan keuangan konsolidasian Perseroan tahun 2012 menunjukkan indikator-indikator finansial yang baik dan prospektif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perseroan berhasil mencatatkan perolehan revenue sebesar Rp15,48 triliun, serta sukses meraup laba bersih senilai Rp354,87 miliar dan laba yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk sebesar Rp 127,77 miliar. Dan, yang terpenting, sepanjang 2012 lalu Perseroan berhasil secara meyakinkan menekan beban utang hingga 40 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBanyak catatan positif yang berhasil dibukukan oleh Perseroan sepanjang tahun lalu, khususnya terkait dengan manajemen utang dan portofolio. Ini berkat kerja keras manajemen dan seluruh jajaran kerja BNBR,\u201d kata Bobby Gafur Umar, Direktur Utama & CEO BNBR dalam keterangan persnya di Jakarta, Minggu (31\/3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijelaskan Bobby, dengan kinerja yang cukup baik sepanjang tahun 2012, Perseroan tetap optimis akan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan finansialnya. Beberapa indikator utama dalam laporan keuangan BNBR tahun 2012 memperlihatkan bahwa Perseroan memang memiliki kesempatan dan kemampuan besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNet profit kami menunjukkan peningkatan. Jumlah revenue BNBR juga cukup signifikan. Dan penting untuk dicatat, pada tahun 2012 lalu kami berhasil menekan beban utang dalam jumlah yang sangat berarti,\u201d kata Bobby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tahun 2011, BNBR masih mencatatkan utang sebesar Rp10,71 triliun. Tahun lalu, utang Perseroan berkurang sangat signifikan sebesar Rp4,27 triliun, menjadi hanya Rp6,44 triliun. Bersamaan dengan itu, beban bunga juga ditekan dari sebelumnya Rp2,0 triliun pada tahun 2011 menjadi Rp1,19 triliun pada tahun 2012. \u201cPenurunan beban utang dan bunga pinjaman ini meringankan beban keuangan Perseroan sepanjang tahun 2012,\u201d ujar Direktur Keuangan BNBR Eddy Soeparno, menambahkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kinerja Unit Usaha<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bobby juga menjelaskan, unit-unit usaha BNBR dalam beberapa tahun terakhir juga menunjukkan kinerja yang semakin baik, sehingga mampu memberikan kontribusi lebih signifikan terhadap revenue Perseroan. Tahun 2012, unit-unit usaha Perseroan menyumbang 66 persen dari total revenue BNBR, dengan nilai mencapai Rp10,11 triliun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PT Bakrie Building Industries (BBI) dan PT Bakrie Tosanjaya (BTJ), disebut Bobby sebagai dua unit usaha Perseroan yang memiliki prospek sangat baik untuk terus dikembangkan. \u201cIndustri bahan bangunan memiliki prospek sangat bagus, seiring dengan pertumbuhan industri properti dan konstruksi. Didukung juga dengan jumlah penduduk yang sangat besar dan daya beli konsumen yang terus meningkat, kami sangat optimis, industri bahan bangunan di dalam negeri akan terus melaju,\u201d kata Bobby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perusahaan yang memproduksi aneka jenis bahan bangunan di pabriknya di kawasan Jakarta Barat ini, tahun 2012 lalu berhasil meraup laba bersih Rp39,2 miliar, meningkat 62 persen dibanding perolehan laba tahun sebelumnya. \u201cTahun 2012 lalu, nilai penjualan PT BBI tumbuh 45 persen hingga mencapai Rp651 miliar. Tahun 2013 ini, targetnya Rp873 miliar. Ini target yang sangat realistis, mengingat berbagai inisiatif yang sedang dilakukan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan usaha PT BBI,\u201d kata Bobby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PT Bakrie Tosanjaya (BTJ), unit usaha Perseroan yang memproduksi komponen otomotif, juga memiliki prospek yang sangat cerah untuk berkembang sejalan dengan pertumbuhan industri otomotif nasional. \u201cKami serius memacu pertumbuhan bisnis divisi manufaktur komponen otomotif menjadi bidang usaha utama PT BTJ,\u201d kata Bobby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam rangka pengembangan tersebut, menurut Bobby, Perseroan belum lama ini telah menuntaskan proses akuisisi aset terkait dengan komponen otomotif yang dimiliki oleh salah satu anak kelompok usaha besar asal Korea Selatan yang beroperasi di Indonesia. \u201cYa, sudah final, dengan dukungan pembiayaan dari perbankan nasional,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PT BTJ selama ini tercatat sebagai produsen dan pemasok komponen beberapa merk mobil komersial. \u201cBTJ selama ini menjadi salah satu pemasok utama komponen untuk kendaraan niaga seperti Mitsubishi, Hino, Daihatsu dan Toyota. Kinerja Bakrie Tosanjaya sangat bagus, dengan pertumbuhan EBITDA sekitar 60 persen dibanding tahun 2011. The company successfully recorded revenue of IDR 15.48 trillion, and successfully made a net profit of IDR 354.87 billion and profit attributable to owners of the parent entity amounted to IDR 127.77 billion. And, most importantly, throughout 2012 the Company managed to convincingly reduce its debt burden by 40 percent. \u201cMany positive records were successfully recorded by the Company over the past year, specifically related to debt and portfolio management. Some key indicators in the 2012 BNBR financial report show that the Company does have a great opportunity and ability to improve performance. \u201cOur net profit shows an increase. The amount of BNBR revenue is also quite significant. And it\u2019s important to note, in 2012 we managed to reduce the debt burden in a very significant amount, \u201csaid Bobby. In 2011, BNBR still recorded a debt of Rp10.71 trillion. Last year, the Company\u2019s debt was reduced very significantly by IDR4.27 trillion to only IDR6.44 trillion. At the same time, interest expense was also reduced from the previous Rp2.0 trillion in 2011 to Rp1.19 trillion in 2012. \u201cThe reduction in debt and interest expense has eased the Company\u2019s financial burden throughout 2012,\u201d said BNBR Finance Director Eddy Soeparno. Business Unit Performance Bobby also explained, BNBR\u2019s business units in the last few years also showed better performance, so they were able to make a more significant contribution to the Company\u2019s revenue.
