{"id":3131,"date":"2020-09-28T10:00:43","date_gmt":"2020-09-28T10:00:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bakrie-brothers.id\/dev\/?p=3131"},"modified":"2020-11-14T16:18:12","modified_gmt":"2020-11-14T16:18:12","slug":"bakrie-group-policy-facing-corona-virus-pandemic-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bakrie-brothers.com\/id\/announcements\/bakrie-group-policy-facing-corona-virus-pandemic-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Kebijakan Bakrie Group Menghadapi Pandemi Virus Corona (Covid-19)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sumber: Humas BNBR | 28 Sep 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mencermati kondisi darurat nasional merebaknya wabah virus corona (Covid-19) di Indonesia, diperlukan upaya-upaya sistematis dan terintegrasi oleh seluruh Perusahaan Kelompok Usaha Bakrie (KUB) dalam melakukan mitigasi guna mencegah dan meminimalisir penyebaran wabah Covid-19 di lingkungan KUB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terkait dengan hal tersebut di atas, bersama ini disampaikan kebijakan-kebijakan pokok kepada seluruh Pimpinan Perusahaan KUB sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Setiap Perusahaan wajib mengeluarkan himbauan kepada seluruh karyawan untuk melaksanakan pola hidup bersih dan sehat, menyediakan sarana dan prasarana sanitasi dan higienis untuk personal maupun lingkungan kantor seperti ruang kerja, ruang rapat, ruang makan, tempat ibadah, dan lain sebagainya.<\/li><li>Setiap perusahaan agar menerbitkan kebijakan internal yang mengatur teknis pekerjaan sesuai karakteristik industri masing-masing, yang menjamin terselenggaranya operasional perusahaan secara efektif. Kebijakan internal dimaksud setidaknya mencakup: a. Pemberlakuan aturan untuk bekerja dari rumah\/Work From Home (\u201cWFH\u201d) bagi karyawan yang berusia diatas 50 tahun dan\/atau karyawan yang menggunakan transportasi publik, dengan tetap memperhatikan efektivitas operasional Perusahaan. b. Direksi dan karyawan dengan posisi\/jabatan 1 (satu) level di bawah Direksi, tetap bekerja seperti biasa. c. Karyawan yang bekerja WFH tidak diperkenankan untuk meninggalkan rumah dan tetap melaporkan pekerjaan yang dilakukan setiap hari sesuai kebijakan perusahaan yang berlaku. d. Bagi karyawan Perusahaan yang tidak dapat meninggalkan pekerjaan karena pemenuhan kebutuhan target produksi, maupun jasa layanan kepada pihak lain supaya melakukan pengaturan jadwal kerja yang sesuai sehingga operasional Perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan baik. e. Pembatasan interaksi langsung antar karyawan dengan mengutamakan komunikasi melalui telepon, surel, dan layanan pesan aplikasi (WA\/Line\/Telegram) atau menggunakan fasilitas teleconference atau video-conference. f. Pengaturan jadwal kehadiran dan\/atau rapat koordinasi khusus bagi karyawan yang termasuk dalam tim terkait pemenuhan kewajiban pada otoritas keuangan dan pemerintah (OJK, IDX, Pajak, dan lain-lain), misalnya penyelesaian laporan pajak dan laporan keuangan. g. Perusahaan dalam KUB agar segera mengeluarkan kebijakan internal yang mengatur lebih rinci tentang WFH dan tindakan darurat terkait Covid-19 sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional masing masing.<\/li><li>Pemberlakuan pembatasan perjalanan : a. Menunda perjalanan dinas keluar kota dan keluar negeri untuk menghindari kemungkinan berinteraksi dengan kerumunan orang banyak di fasilitas umum yang berpotensi terjadinya kontak fisik dan terpapar dengan orang yang terinfeksi Covid-19. b. Apabila perjalanan tersebut sangat mendesak untuk dilakukan, maka harus terlebih dahulu mendapatkan persetujuan dari pimpinan tertinggi Perusahaan. c. Melarang karyawan dan\/atau keluarganya bepergian keluar kota atau luar negeri untuk kepentingan pribadi atau berlibur. Namun jika karyawan dan\/atau keluarganya tetap melakukan perjalanan tersebut, maka Perusahaan tidak menanggung segala resiko yang timbul. Ketentuan mengenai hal ini akan disesuaikan dengan kebijakan Perusahaan masing-masing.<\/li><li>Kebijakan internal yang diterbitkan oleh masing-masing perusahaan agar segera dituangkan dalam bentuk Memorandum Internal Perusahaan dan mulai berlaku sejak Selasa, 17 Maret 2020 sampai dengan pemberitahuan lebih lanjut dari pimpinan Perusahaan.<\/li><li>Divisi Human Capital & Corporate Communication di Perusahaan KUB agar terlibat aktif dalam mensosialisasikan kebijakan ini dan melakukan koordinasi secara berkala supaya dapat berjalan efektif.<\/li><li>Divisi Teknologi Informasi (IT) agar menyiapkan sarana-prasarana yang menjamin tercapainya efektivitas WFH serta optimalisasi koordinasi\/komunikasi antar karyawan dan antar departemen\/divisi.<\/li><li>Apabila dalam perkembangannya Pemerintah menetapkan status lockdown, maka Perusahaan diminta untuk mengikuti ketetapan tersebut dan menyesuaikan pengaturan operasional Perusahaan.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam hal terjadi kondisi darurat, karyawan Perusahaan dapat menghubungi :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rasuna Medical Center (RMC) Bakrie Tower lantai 25 Jl. In relation to the foregoing, we hereby convey the following key policies to all KUB Company Managers: Every company is obliged to issue an appeal to all employees to implement a clean and healthy lifestyle, provide sanitary and hygienic facilities and infrastructure for personal and office environments such as work spaces, meeting rooms, dining rooms, places of worship, and so on. Each company must issue internal policies that regulate technical work according to the characteristics of their respective industries, which ensure effective company operations. This internal policy includes at least: a. Work from home (\u201cWFH\u201d) rules are enforced for employees over 50 years of age and \/ or employees using public transportation, with due regard to the Company&#8217;s operational effectiveness. b. Directors and employees with a position \/ position 1 (one) level below the Board of Directors, continue to work as usual. c. Employees who work for WFH are not allowed to leave their homes and continue to report their work done every day in accordance with applicable company policies. d. For employees of the Company who are unable to leave work because of meeting the needs of production targets, as well as services to other parties, so that they can make appropriate work schedule arrangements so that the Company&#8217;s operations can run well. e. Limitation of direct interaction between employees by prioritizing communication via telephone, e-mail, and messaging applications (WA \/ Line \/ Telegram) or using teleconference or video-conference facilities. f. Arrangement of attendance schedules and \/ or special coordination meetings for employees who are included in the team regarding the fulfillment of obligations to the financial and government authorities (OJK, IDX, Taxes, etc.), for example the completion of tax reports and financial reports. g. Companies within the KUB should immediately issue an internal policy that regulates in more detail about WFH and emergency measures related to Covid-19 according to their respective operational needs. Travel restrictions apply: a. Postpone business trips out of town and abroad to avoid the possibility of interacting with large crowds in public facilities that have the potential for physical contact and exposure to people infected with Covid-19. b. If the trip is very urgent to be made, it must first obtain approval from the highest management of the Company. c. Prohibiting employees and \/ or their families from traveling outside the city or abroad for personal gain or vacation. However, if employees and \/ or their families continue to make the trip, the Company does not bear any risks that arise. The provisions regarding this matter will be adjusted to the policies of the respective companies. Internal policies issued by each company should be immediately set forth in the form of a Company Internal Memorandum and will take effect from Tuesday, March 17, 2020 until further notification from the Company&#8217;s leadership. The Human Capital &amp; Corporate Communication Division at the KUB Company should be actively involved in disseminating this policy and coordinating regularly so that it can run effectively. The Information Technology (IT) Division is to prepare infrastructure that ensures the achievement of WFH effectiveness as well as optimizing coordination \/ communication between employees and between departments \/ divisions. If in its development the Government determines a lockdown status, the Company is asked to comply with this stipulation and adjust the Company&#8217;s operational arrangements.
