Ekonom Senior Indef Aviliani menilai pemerintah salah langkah dalam menjaga ekonomi dalam negeri dari tekanan corona. Itu bisa dilihat dari alokasi dana yang digelontorkan pemerintah untuk program pemulihan ekonomi nasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ia menyebut alokasi banyak digelontorkan untuk menunjang sisi pasokan bukan permintaan. Padahal, di tengah kondisi seperti sekarang ini yang mendesak untuk diperbaiki agar ekonomi tetap terjaga adalah daya beli masyarakat yang anjlok karena pandemi covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dengan kata lain, kata Aviliani, langkah pemerintah dalam mendorong sisi pasokan sia-sia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sebagai gambaran pemerintah menggelontorkan dana Rp695,2 triliun untuk program pemulihan ekonomi nasional. Dari dana itu, Rp491,3 triliun digunakan untuk menopang sisi pasokan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sementara itu sisanya digunakan untuk bansos untuk menopang sisi permintaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lebih lanjut, Aviliani menyebut jika dana PEN dipaksakan cair dalam bentuk bantuan kredit baru sementara pelaku usaha belum membutuhkan modal, yang ada dana hanya akan menumpuk menjadi kredit macet di kemudian hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ia menyarankan pemerintah untuk mengubah strategi jika ingin menghindari resesi pada kuartal III mendatang. Berkejaran dengan waktu, pemerintahan Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) punya kurang dari satu bulan untuk mendongkrak pertumbuhan ekonomi di kuartal selanjutnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
