{"id":3072,"date":"2020-07-01T10:00:50","date_gmt":"2020-07-01T10:00:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bakrie-brothers.id\/dev\/?p=3072"},"modified":"2020-11-14T16:14:13","modified_gmt":"2020-11-14T16:14:13","slug":"ministry-of-manpower-terrible-corona-impact-13-9-percent-of-companies-reducing-employees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bakrie-brothers.com\/id\/announcements\/ministry-of-manpower-terrible-corona-impact-13-9-percent-of-companies-reducing-employees\/","title":{"rendered":"Kemenaker: Dampak Corona Dahsyat, 13,9 Persen Perusahaan Kurangi Karyawan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sumber: Kompas.com | 01 Jul 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Direktur Bina Pemagangan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Siti Kustiati mengatakan, dampak pandemi virus corona (Covid-19) sangat besar terhadap dunia ketenagakerjaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan hasil survei Kemenaker dengan Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI) dan Lembaga Demografi Universitas Indonesia, perusahaan memilih melakukan pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) karyawan akibat terdampak pandemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDampak corona terhadap jumlah karyawan, ini yang lebih dahsyat. 13,9 persen perusahaan mengurangi jumlah karyawan,\u201d katanya dalam diskusi virtual yang digagas oleh Asosiasi Jurnalis Indonesia (AJI) Jakarta, Rabu (1\/7\/2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kemudian, ada 49,6 persen persen perusahaan memutuskan untuk merumahkan sebagian bekerja tanpa di-PHK. Dan 36,5 persen perusahaan tidak menambah maupun mengurangi jumlah tenaga kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selanjutnya, Siti menambahkan, dari 15,6 persen tenaga kerja yang terkena pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK), diantaranya ada yang mendapat pesangon. Namun, tak sedikit juga tenaga kerja di-PHK justru tidak mendapatkan pesangon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIni adalah pekerja ter-PHK ada 15,6 persen. Di antaranya 13,8 persen pekerja kena PHK tanpa pesangon dan 1,8 persen pekerja kena PHK dengan pesangon,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara jumlah tenaga kerja di-PHK menurut jenis kelamin, laki-laki masih mendominasi sebanyak 16,7 persen, dan perempuan 14,2 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, tentang dampak covid terhadap kelompok pengusaha, hasil survei gabungan Kemenaker menunjukkan 39,4 persen usahanya terhenti alias tidak berproduksi sama sekali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUsaha terhenti 39,4 persen, usaha tidak terpengaruh bahkan lebih baik lagi 1,0 persen, serta usaha tidak terdampak 2,5 persen. Dampak usahanya berjalan meski produksi menurun sebesar 57,1 persen,\u201d paparnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siti mengatakan, sektor yang paling terdampak situasi pandemi Covid-19 bukanlah perhotelan, melainkan sektor ketenagakerjaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKarena dari berbagai sektor terdapat pekerja yang ter-PHK,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut dia, jumlah pengangguran sebelum adanya wabah covid mencapai 6,88 juta atau 4,99 persen. Kemudian, dari data yang teregister di Kemenaker, terdapat 3 juta tenaga kerja yang ter-PHK di masa pandemik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKemudian 1,7 juta tenaga kerja yang di-PHK telah terverifikasi.
