Staf Khusus Presiden bidang Ekonomi Arif Budimanta menjelaskan sejumlah indikator yang digunakan pemerintah dalam strategi adaptasi kehidupan ekonomi. Salah satunya yaitu reproduction rate (RT) di bawah angka 1 selama 14 hari atau lebih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSatu orang tidak boleh menyebarkan (virus) ke lebih dari satu orang,\u201d kata Arif dalam diskusi CIDES di Jakarta, Minggu (14\/6\/2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kedua risiko inheren penularan Covid-19 untuk setiap sektor ekonomi. Sehingga, kata Arif, inilah kenapa mal menjadi lokasi yang paling terakhir dibuka. \u201cKarena itu tempat orang berkumpul,\u201d kata dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ketiga manfaat setiap sektor ekonomi terhadap enam aspek. Pertama, kontribusi terhadap PDB, kontribusi tenaga kerja, porsi kredit, kontribusi konsumsi rumah tangga terhadap PDB, pengentasan kemiskinan, dan indeks keterkaitan sektor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dengan indikator manfaat ekonomi ini, maka pemerintah telah membuat matriks antara pengelolaan ekonomi dan risiko kesehatan. Pemerintah inginnya sistem adaptasi ini menghasilkan high benefit ekonomi tapi low risk kesehatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
