Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian mengatakan indikator perekonomian sudah mulai merangkak naik di bulan Juni, setelah menurun tajam pada periode April dan Mei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Menko Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto menjelaskan, pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan realisasi pertumbuhan ekonomi pada kuartal I-2020 mengalami tekanan. Realisasinya menunjukkan pertumbuhan ekonomi kuartal I-2020 lebih rendah dibandingkan kuartal IV-2019 yang sebesar 4,97% dan jauh lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan realisasi pertumbuhan ekonomi kuartal I-2019 yang sebesar 5,07%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) mencatat pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia kuartal I-2020 hanya mencapai 2,97%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pada kuartal II-2020, Airlangga memperkirakan pertumbuhan ekonomi akan negatif. Namun pemerintah berharap pada kuartal II dan III ada pemulihan, karena saat ini pemerintah sudah mulai melakukan pemulihan ekonomi, dengan demikian pertumbuhan ekonomi hingga akhir tahun diharapkan tidak masuk dalam skenario terburuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWalaupun beberapa forecast menunjukkan Indonesia diperkirakan pertumbuhan ekonomi masuk ke angka 0% sampai 0,5%. Namun pemerintah tetap mendorong, pertumbuhan ekonomi 0,5% sampai 2,3%,\u201d jelas Airlangga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selama Januari-Mei 2020, bisnis maskapai anjlok 49% (yoy, year on year), jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu sebesar 4% (yoy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Disusul bisnis hotel yang turun hingga 93% (yoy) pada Mei 2020, semakin anjlok dari April 2020 yang terkontraksi 85% (yoy). Selama Januari-Mei 2020, bisnis hotel turun 46% (yoy), jauh lebih redah dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu, di mana menunjukkan positif 5% (yoy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
