Menteri Perindustrian (Menperin) Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita mengungkapkan saat ini pemerintah sedang menyiapkan insentif atau stimulus tambahan untuk industri nasional yang terdampak pandemi COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Agus menjelaskan pemerintah sebelumnya sudah menggelontorkan beragam insentif untuk dunia usaha, misalnya saja keringanan pajak dan kemudahan ekspor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPemerintah tidak berhenti di situ. Pada saat ini pemerintah juga sedang secara intensif membahas tambahan-tambahan insentif atau stimulus yang akan kita arahkan kepada industri,\u201d kata dia dalam Webinar di saluran YouTube Kemenperin, Selasa (9\/6\/2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Agus menjelaskan hari ini ada jadwal pertemuan dengan Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto. Kemungkinan salah satu yang akan dibicarakan adalah insentif tambahan untuk industri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dia menjelaskan, pihaknya mempertimbangkan adanya keringanan pembayaran listrik oleh industri. Berdasarkan bahan paparannya, usulan yang diajukan adalah penghapusan rekening minimum pemakaian 40 jam nyala termasuk untuk pelanggan industri premium 233 jam nyala, yaitu dari periode 1 April-31 Desember 2020. Pembayaran sesuai dengan jumlah pemakaian penggunaan listrik. Jumlah stimulus yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp 1,85 triliun selama 9 bulan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agus explained that the government had previously provided various incentives for the business world, for example, tax relief and ease of export. \u201cThe government doesn’t stop there. At the moment the government is also intensively discussing additional incentives or stimuli that we will direct to the industry, \u201dhe said in a Webinar on the Ministry of Industry’s YouTube channel, Tuesday (9\/6\/2020). Agus explained that today there is a scheduled meeting with the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto. Possible one that will be discussed is additional incentives for industry. He explained that his party is considering the lightening of electricity payments by the industry. Based on the presentation material, the proposal put forward is the elimination of the account for a minimum of 40 hours on, including for premium industrial customers 233 hours on, from 1 April to 31 December 2020. Payment is in accordance with the amount of electricity usage.
