\nKebijakan dividen Perseroan diatur dalam Prospektus pada saat Perseroan melakukan Penawaran Umum Pertama (IPO), yakni pada bagian \u201cPembagian Dividen\u201d, yang menyatakan bahwa Perseroan akan memberikan dividen dengan memperhatikan kondisi keuangan dan rencana pengembangan usaha. Adapun besaran dividend payout ratio dan\/atau jumlah dividen tiap tahun buku ditetapkan melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS).<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Dividend History” tab_id=”1603291311949-55f63cec-90ff”][vc_column_text]Dengan memperhatikan peraturan Pasar Modal dan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku, Perseroan merencanakan untuk membagi dividen tunai kepada seluruh pemegang saham setiap tahun tanpa mengurangi hak RUPS untuk menentukan lain. Usulan kebijakan pembayaran dividen kepada pemegang saham yang namanya tercantum pada Daftar Pemegang Saham Perseroan sebagai berikut:<\/span><\/p>\n

Masing-masing perusahaan terbuka, entitas anak\/unit usaha dan perusahaan terasosiasi menjalankan kebijakan dividen secara independen<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Dividend Distribution” tab_id=”1603291357149-1147a2bf-11a4″][vc_column_text]Merujuk kepada rencana usaha Perseroan untuk tahun buku mendatang serta ketentuan Pasal 70 dan Pasal 71 UUPT dan ketentuan di dalam Surat Edaran BAPEPAM No. S-2057\/PM\/2003 yang mengatur antara lain bahwa penggunaan keuntungan dalam bentuk dividen dapat dilakukan apabila Perseroan memiliki saldo laba dan total ekuitas yang positif, maka sesuai keputusan RUPS Tahunan tahun 2019 penggunaan keuntungan yang diperoleh Perseroan dari tahun buku yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2018 diputuskan sebagai laba yang ditahan. The magnitude of the dividend payout ratio and\/or the amount of the dividend per fiscal year is set by the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Dividend History” tab_id=”1603291311949-55f63cec-90ff”][vc_column_text]With due regard to the Capital Market and other prevailing law, the Company plans to pay cash dividends to its shareholder every year, without reducing the rights of the GMS to decide otherwise. Proposed policy of dividend payments to shareholders, whose names are listed on the Shareholders Register, is as follow: Each of the listed companies, subsidiaries\/business units and associated companies has their independent dividend policy.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Dividend Distribution” tab_id=”1603291357149-1147a2bf-11a4″][vc_column_text]Referring to the Company\u2019s business plan for the coming fiscal year as well as the provisions of Article 70 and Article 71 of the Limited Liability Company and the requirements in BAPEPAM Circular Letter No. S-2057\/ PM\/2003 which regulates, among others, usage of profit in the form of dividends can be done if the Company has positive retained earnings and total equity; therefore according to the decision of the Annual GMS in 2019 the usage of Company\u2019s profit of the fiscal year ended December 31, 2018 was decided as retained earnings.
