Nalinkant A Rathod - President Director
Starting his career in Bakrie & Brothers in 1987 and presently he holds a number of positions as Commissioner and Director of PT. Kaltim Prima Coal and PT. Arutmin Indonesia.
He holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from Andhra University, India and certification as Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Ari Saptari Hudaya - Director
Presently he holds a number of positions in Bakrie Group, including President Commissioner of PT. Kaltim Prima Coal, PT. Arutmin Indonesia and PT. Energi Mega Persada Tbk, as well as President Director of PT. Bumi Resources Tbk.
He has in-depth experience in banking field and joined Bakrie group in 1997. His academic background is in mechanical engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB)
Bobby Gafur S. Umar - Managing Director / CEO
He has started his career in Bakrie Group as the Assistant to Chairman (1995 - 1998). He obtained Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University at Arkansas, USA. Before appointed as Managing Director / CEO of Bakrie & Brothers in June 2009, he had been the president Director of the Company (2002-2008) and Deputy President Commissioner (March 2008 - June 2009).
R.A. Sri Dharmayanti - Director & Corporate Secretary
She has served as Director and Corporate Secretary of Bakrie & Brothers since June 2008. Presently she also services as Vice President Legal, Human Resources and General Affairs in PT. Bumi Resources, Tbk and Commissioner of PT. Arutmin Indonesia and PT. Kaltim Prima Coal. She holds a Master's degree in Law from University of Indonesia.
Dileep Srivastava - Director & Chief Investor Relations Officer
Serving as the Company's Director since March 2008, he has been holding various key positions at the holding company and subsidiaries since joining Bakrie & Brothers in 1997, among others Technical Advisor for Petrochemicals Director of PT. Trans Bakrie and Senior VP-Corporate Secretary at PT. Bumi Resources Tbk.
He Holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kanpur University, India and MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA)
Dody Taufiq Wijaya - Chief Risk Officer
He has served as Chief Risk Officer of the Company since 2009. He started his career with the Company as an Internal Audit Manager (September 2002 - July 2005) and promoted to the position of Head of Corporate Risk Management & Internal Audit (July 2005 - April 2008).
He obtained a degree as Accountant in 1993 from STAN Jakarta and Master of Commerce from UNSW, Sydney Australia.
Eddy Suparno - Chief Financial Officer
Joined Bakrie Group as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) PT. bakrie Indo Infrastructure on July 2008 and he holds CFO Bakrie and Brothers. A former banker with 20 years of banking experiences, including those in Singapore and Hong Kong, he has held position as Director a number of Investment Banks.
He is a trained lawyer and holds a Master's Degree in Law (cum laude) from the University of Indonesia.
Michael E Lucente - Chief Investment Officer
He is well acquainted with the Bakrie Group as Chief Executive Office on 21 Mei 2008. Then on June 2009, he served as Chief Investment Officer Bakrie & Brothers. For many years in his earlier role as Managing Director Merrill Lynch, based in New York. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business administration --Magna Cum Laude-- with a concentration in Finance from Boston University.
Siddharta Moersjid - Chief Communication & Administration Officer
Presently he holds as Chief Communications and Administration Officer PT. Bakrie & Brothers. Starting his career in Bakrie Group in 1985-1998 with the latest position as Head of Group Public Relations Departement.
Then joined again in January 2009 as Senior Vice President. He holds his MBA from Institut Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia (IPMI) Jakarta on 1997.
